Great place to stay. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room size was spacious and it was great to have a choice of AC or calling fan. Great to having a working smart TB too. Choice of minibar options was perfect and at reasonable cost. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel overnight before our flight. We liked the hotel; it was clean, the bed was soft and large, and the room was spacious and had a kitchenette. There were knives, spoons, plates, a kettle, a frying pan, and pots. Basically, everything you need. The hotel service was a big problem. We asked for one bottle of water, and we asked for only one towel. My husband was checked out at 10:00 AM, not 11:30 AM as stated. I was leaving at 7:30 AM, but I had to stay late because the door was locked. This was unpleasant. The hotel door is locked, meaning you can't arrive late, and you can't leave early either. I was left with mixed feelings. The room itself was gorgeous. Everything was clean and beautiful. The service was a 3.

Welcome drink was good gesture . It’s very pleasant place to live . I high recommend everyone to choose it . It’s only 4 kilometres from the airport. Uber cost around 350-500 . It’s honest review

It was less than 10 minutes from the airport and I arrived at the hotel around 1:00am. The staff was very kind even though I arrived in the middle of the night. It was a very short stay, but the price was reasonable and large, and the room and bathroom were very beautiful. I am satisfied. I want to use it again.

Decided to return to this hotel again before flying out of Negombo. It’s close to the airport and therefore very convenient. They have a good selection for breakfast buffet and always a nice waterfront view with a swimming pool.

New hotel, perfect for arrival or walking due to the airport nearby.

It suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety

After our flight to Colombo airport, we wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport so we could leave early to Sigiriya by private taxi. This hotel was absolutely perfect for that. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and quite new. There is an elevator as well which is convenient. Price quality is extremely good for this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s only been open for 5 months and at first appearance it looks good, but taking a closer look it’s still being built and repaired. There are still cables jutting out of the wall and ceiling. Although the kitchen is featured in the photos of the room, it has no tap, the cupboards are sealed. I raised some of my concerns when I arrived with the general manager when he asked me questions about my stay and he seemed blasé about addressing it. Based on what was paid, this hotel is overpriced. There are still cement stairways and drilling taking place during the day. The WiFi is awful, they finally installed a router in my room which took the week to do and it only worked on the day of my departure. The best part of the hotel is some staff members who will go out of their way to help, special mention to Jazz. They have a great pool on the roof. Until it’s fully built I wouldn’t recommend staying here!
