"Perfect location, beds and linens are extremely cosy. Windows are very nice and soundproof. Hallways smelled a little bad at times and the free breakfast was a little underwhelming but overall a pleasant stay."

"Nothing on the street suggests that a hotel exists within this beautiful old building. Inside though a warm welcome and interior design beauty await. Timber panelling and mid century furniture, high ceilings and walls of windows - this place is gorgeous. The downside was the rabbit warren nature of the place. To reach our room involved corridors, stairs going up, stairs going down and a courtyard to cross. Some of the flights were steep and narrow making access with suitcases a bit difficult. The room that awaited us though was stylish and comfortable and worth the effort. Problems with wifi access and aircon were dealt with immediately and personally by management. The neighbourhood is great, tight in the middle of La Condesa. Highly recommend."

"Washing machine ＋ There is a dryer and it is convenient. However, the washing machine did not move, and the usable time of 22 o'clock was approaching, and it was troublesome, but in the end, it extended the time and let me use it, and it was dry.
I don't know if the late check-out price is reasonable (400 Mexican pesos), but after using it (because I didn't finish my work), I left my luggage and used the rooftop terrace and the working place on the first floor. I got it.
There are people at the 24-hour reception and I didn't cook this time, but the kitchen goods are also scissors and wine openers, which is very nice compared to other apartments."

AAnonymous UserThe same problem with all holidayinn hotels is that there is a lot of room for improvement in hotel management. After the room was cleaned every day, someone would keep knocking on the door asking if the room had been cleaned. This shows very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a prosperous area in the city center, with very convenient transportation and easy taxi access for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and safe to walk.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

GGuest UserThe AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

GGuest UserI really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.
Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)
My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽

HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
