"AMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again"

"Nice staff. Very well kept property. Slightly older but kept well very well. Daily cleaning of room is a plus. Location is close to metro and the MetroBus stops. Lot of eateries and supermarkets around. Walkable to some attractions like the Angel of Independence. I would stay here again. Affordable price. Safe deposit box is available. Big toilets. Nice view of the street. The only negative is the thin walls which is an issue if you have noisy neighbours."

"A good hotel for a business trip. Perfectly located, with a tasty buffet-type breakfast where you can get both international (cereals, fruits, etc) and mexican (e.g. chilaquiles) dishes. Wi-Fi works adequately for a Zoom meeting with video. The only thing that really concerns is the level of cleaness: the towels and bed clothes wears spots of previous use, which indicates that they have not been washed properly, with a sufficient amount of powder and/or at a low water temperature."

"Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault."

"Negatives: The hotel had WiFi, but it always broke down or didn't work at all. The walls are extremely thin. The bathroom was leaky and after a shower your feet were always wet when you wanted to go into the bathroom and it was moldy. There was no air conditioning in the room. There was a fan provided, but no power outlet within reach. Positives: The location is extremely good. You can get anywhere quickly with Uber or public transport. The staff is friendly, even if they don't speak English, or speak it poorly."

"A little tired the hotel and needs updating. It’s reasonably clean, the breakfast is average. The rooms are big and are en suite. Downstairs is noisy but you kind of expect that from the location which is at the heart of Reforma."

"Excellent location in the modern center, near the metro, there is everything you need next to. A quite nice room for your price, clean, comfortable beds. Comforts on the floor, showers and toilet in good and clean condition, but there is no shampoo and gel. There is a kitchen on the floor, but also without appliances and dishes, bring one-off. In general, a very good budget option in a good area."

"We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls."
