"This is a really nice little hotel in Mexico City. It’s small but very clean and feels new. The water pressure is excellent (a big plus!), and the price is very affordable. We had a window in our room, which made it brighter, though it can get a little loud at night.
During our stay, they were doing some construction to add an elevator, but it didn’t bother us much. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt it was a great value. I strongly recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place to stay in Mexico City."

"No elevator! No elevator! No elevator! Either carry your luggage yourself, or tip the front desk doorman to help you move...
Do not give you the hotel door key, you need to ring the doorbell to enter and exit the hotel, which is very inconvenient.
Breakfast is on the roof terrace, and the stairs up are narrow and small, which is dangerous and troublesome for the elderly and the inconvenient people.
The room has no air conditioning."

"There is a fast bus at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very convenient for the city centre and bus station. There is a BBQ restaurant next door to the hotel worth recommending. The room was very clean and the hotel has a swimming pool. Recommended"

"Excellent location right next to the WTC, breakfast included which makes the stay convenient.
Excellent cleanliness and very comfortable beds. The only drawback is that the bathrooms don't have exhaust fans and the sink is exposed, making access to the bathroom less private.
If you're traveling alone it's not a problem, but if you're traveling with others it's awkward to use the bathroom."

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.

It's also .... Good. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was neatly decorated everywhere, so it comes out pretty no matter where you take a picture.
And the breakfast is not varied, but I am so satisfied.
There are many kinds of bread, and it's well prepared with good food for breakfast. I made sandwiches and ate them ...
It was so delicious. So I made two and ate it. ㅋㅋ
The parking space is very spacious and nice, and you can rent a bicycle (leased if you leave your passport), so I enjoyed sightseeing with my family on a bicycle in Socalo Square, the Arts Center, and the Revolutionary Monument.

GGuest UserThe AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽
