"Location: The sign of the hotel is not very obvious. When I went to the exhibition, I stayed for 2 nights. There are many convenience stores around, but Chinese people should pay attention to safety when going there. I use Ctrip to take a taxi when I go out
Facilities: One of the lights is broken, but I did not let the hotel repair it. There is a kitchen downstairs, so you can simply make it yourself. But the hotel does not have slippers

"The Hotel looked fantastic, very modern and luxury looking but the experience is lacking. We came for a one night only after staying at the Ritz for a week and the difference is colossal. For one , at the Alexander there was a constant noise through the night and early morning, cleaning staff didn’t bother to return our greeting, the management messed up our order for food in the morning- which wasn’t really good anyway. We will not be returning there unless the changes reflect the status they advertise."

"The rooms are very large and functional. I was touched both by kitchen inside, sofa, TV, etc. Also has a gym with a great view on the high floor.

"The decoration of the store is very distinctive, very suitable for 📷 taking pictures. It is the first time to come out of the film. I came with the idea of exploring the store. I ordered a special drink. It was quite pleasant. It is worthy of praise. Although the location is a bit difficult to find, it is better than the small number of people. No noisy environment, the whole atmosphere is very nice, Not bad 😁 This environment is really good. Whether it is a gathering of relatives and friends or a company group building, it is the best choice. 💓 I love this treasure store, and I will come often in the future."

AAnonymous UserThe same problem with all holidayinn hotels is that there is a lot of room for improvement in hotel management. After the room was cleaned every day, someone would keep knocking on the door asking if the room had been cleaned. This shows very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a prosperous area in the city center, with very convenient transportation and easy taxi access for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and safe to walk.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

GGuest UserThe AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

GGuest UserI really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.
Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)
My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽

The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
