"We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access. Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day."

"This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”"

"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para hacer turismo, a metros del monumento a la revolución permite ir andando al Zócalo y tiene parada de metro muy cerca. Es un hotel remodelado con buen gusto recientemente. Camas cómodas, una ducha enorme y tiene caja fuerte. El personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia y respondieron encantados todas nuestras dudas. Muy recomendable para unos días de turismo en CDMX!"

"The hotel is in an alley in the center of Mexico City and seems pretty safe. There is no problem with English at the front desk, but the room is a bit cramped. The breakfast provided by default is very limited. If you want to eat well, you need to pay an additional 65 pesos per person."

"Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again ."

The Feast American Hotel two blocks to the right when you go out can exchange currency, and 1 US dollar can be exchanged for 16.2 pesos. "Really good experience for one night if you have enough money. The buvet is the most comfortable I have tried in my life. The bellboy can store our luggage for free (seems that) which also save our time and money for traveling in other cities."
