The rooms were pretty standard, but the pool area was absolutely amazing! One side is a proper swimming pool, and the other is a huge children's water play area with fountains and various slides, all on a soft, padded surface. Even our two-year-old could play freely. We originally planned to stay for one night, but ended up extending our stay by another night! Breakfast was also very generous.

Self check-in and check-out. The double bed is 1.5 meters, and the room is relatively new and clean, suitable for families traveling with children. Downstairs there's Mixue Ice Cream & Tea and Chinatown. The surrounding area is great for a stroll, and Chinatown has plenty of food options. If you're going to Redang Island, you can also arrange for the resort to pick you up from the hotel.

Recently stayed at this boutique hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, and there are several open-air parking spaces available beside the hotel, which made parking hassle-free. Check-in was quick and straightforward. The hotel has a modern, stylish design with tasteful décor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. While the room is on the smaller side, I was already aware of this before booking, so it met my expectations. One unique feature is that the wash basin is located next to the bed, which may take some getting used to. The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights’ sleep. The toilet and shower are in separate cubicles, which is a practical layout. The shower pressure was excellent, and the towels were soft and of good quality. These are two things I always pay close attention to when choosing a hotel, and this property delivered on both. One small suggestion would be to install a towel hook or rack inside the shower cubicle for added convenience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great choice for a short trip. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel itself is strategic to the town.Near to Pasar Payang and other attractions. The check in was smooth and easy (booked and paid beforehand with Trip.com). The rooms we got was Family plus (no window, located in the middle). The room came with 2 bathrooms (a plus), and 2 doors that can be accessed at the front and back. Which means, the room not soundproof as we can hear the people walking along talking. Basic amenities provided, just the towels quite yellowish :( The hall also has strong freshners odour and make me dizzy. Breakfast had its varieties, and the space quite small for when there are a lot of people. You might want to ocnsider doing the breakfast at the ball room to give people some space during breakfast time. Sadly, the local drink like teh tarik/kopi O been served using machine not handmade. The cleanliness tiptop although on a rare occasion a dead lizard suddenly dropped on the table. Checkout also smooth, and the massage chair provided (fee on your own) gave a relief to my parents since we have been travelling for a long day. They also has viewing deck on the top floor to see the Drawbridge . Overall, one pit stop hotel that convenient and good for anybody.

The facilities show that the hotel is quite old, which is evident from the wooden doors and furniture. It's roughly equivalent to a 3-star hotel in China. Hygiene: It was just okay, as there were still black marks on the sheets that hadn't been washed off. The restaurant serves Muslim-style food. People from China might not be used to it. You could try eating in the nearby Chinatown instead. Service: Excellent! In the morning, we were taking too long to get a Grab, so we asked a staff member to call a taxi for us. They immediately found a taxi that arrived in five minutes. Many thanks!

First of all the location is very strategic. My view is pantai.sangat cantik.. i book 2 deluxe room, for my small family and parents. Bilik parents takde tuala ,even remote tv takde. I call reception >5 times, they do answered finally and send to towel. Lambat sikit but still okay.. but but but When i went into my room, the amenties cukup..when i tried to lay down on bed.. ada blood stained😭. I called again receptionist >10 times yer..tak angkat. So turun bawah complained within 30 min, tukar bedsheet. Sy tak boleh brain mcm mana boleh ada blood stained.parking itself takde ,ada basement and floor 1-2 shj utk park, memang park jelah merata. Other than that, mknn bnyk cuma tawar sikit haha,tp kenyang dan variety.love it, toilet bersih, aircond mantul,tv semua channel lancar.. sekian my review. Would i repeat again? Hmmmmm

Very satisfied! The room wasn't huge, but it was quite comfortable. No mini-bar or fridge, but the bathroom was comfortable, and the room itself was cozy with an adjustable fan and air conditioning. The window view offered a pleasant outlook. It was quite affordable... I'd definitely repeat my stay! (Sorry, no pictures.)

The hotel has a good location, not far from Chinatown, which is about a 15-minute walk away. You can find many dining options there. It's also conveniently located near the airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride. However, the hotel itself is a bit old, and some facilities are showing their age. Being right next to the street, the soundproofing is very poor. The noise from motorbikes outside is quite loud, and the morning prayers start as early as 6 AM, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Compared to a roughly 2-star standard in China, this hotel might be an option for those who sleep soundly and are just looking for a place near the airport.
