GGuest UserWe had a great stay at this room. The room is big and everything you need is there. They’re very accommodating with my inquiries even before booking. A lot of building amenities like pool, court, pet shop and a convenience store for a quick shop. Although we were not able to use the pool as it is open only during weekdays for guests. We will definitely book this again.

SSiremon ThongsimaComfortable stay in the Tower Wing, just steps from Shang Plaza, which was very convenient. Breakfast had an excellent variety, from egg station, congee, and Chinese buns to kaya toast, sushi, Indian and local dishes, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, muesli, and fresh fruit. The Lobby Bar was also a nice spot at night with live music. Staff were attentive and professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spotless and well-lit. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a really restful sleep. All the facilities worked perfectly, the bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was also quite good. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The location is convenient for getting around, yet the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Overall, it's excellent value for money, with great attention to detail in their service. My experience exceeded expectations, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

EEdziel SoteloUnfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was not as clean as expected, and some amenities were not functioning properly. While the staff tried to assist, the overall experience could have been better. I hope management takes steps to improve the service.

단점은 화장실이...소변기가 고장나서 대변기에 소변을 보다보니 너무 더러웠습니다. 그리고 2층 침대의 윗 칸에 에어컨이 달려있는데 그 사람이 커텐을 치면 거기는 너무 춥고 밑 층은 너무 더웠습니다.

The reception is very attentive and sweet, the room comes with a small hotel kit with toothbrush, soaps, etc. Towels are clean and they will have the maid come in and clean whenever requested. The location is nice right next to pharmacy, RJ Bulalo which is quite famous, and my favorite local coffee shop Chlo coffee. AC is powerful so cools down fast and the wifi is not bad. Not much storage in the room- otherwise had a really nice stay with them, was mostly outside but the staff is very attentive :)

Hot water for only ₱10
Only con is that every night there is a loud musice up until around 12mn or sometimes 1am. I think the mall within the hotel has a bar that’s why there is loud music.

SShuoshuodemaThe room is old, fully equipped, and has an induction cooker. I couldn't check in in the morning. Although I arranged a room later, I had to pay for half the day's room fee, which was not cost-effective. I won’t live here anymore.

GGracy B GrayAll good except the TV as it play&pause intermittently the whole time we stayed at the hotel. We called the Frontdesk staff and she said she’ll ask housekeeping to check but nobody came in until we check out. Poor service!!!
