"Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. We were also served welcome fruit just after we finished lunch in our room. What a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch! The breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. The gym was super spacious and well-equipped, with a dedicated studio space and a strength-training area. The seaview from the gym was a huge plus as well. The location of the hotel was superb. There is a mall directly connected to the hotel, while SM Seaside is only 1.2 km away. When we were at the TOPS Lookout, we could even spot the hotel from afar! It was also a short drive to the pier. My only complaint was that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some dirt on the bedsheet, although nothing major. When I tried to use the bathtub, the water came out looking yellowish, which was a little concerning. The breakfast area could also get quite crowded during peak hours and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated."

"The hotel had several restaurants, and the lounge was open late, which was very convenient. Just across the street, there were food stalls, convenience stores, and fast-food places, making it a safe and convenient location to experience Filipino food culture. The only downside was that the elevators were extremely crowded during checkout, making it difficult to get downstairs."

"I travelled alone in August 2026 and stayed for 3 nights at Alicia Tower Residence. It’s a great place to stay for solo travelers. Place is central to the shopping malls and other attractions and got the double bed room for P840. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has got laundry, grocery shop and canteen within the residence.  You can get vegetarian and non veg food at Bollywood Tandoor which is 7 minutes walk away. "I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Crown Regency Residences Cebu. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a convenient stay. I also really appreciated how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our visit. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, and the location is convenient for getting around Cebu City. The swimming pool and other facilities were also a nice addition, especially when you just want to relax after a long day. Overall, I think Crown Regency Residences offers good value for money, especially for travelers looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Cebu. Highly recommended!"
