"I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning and told the front desk I'd check out an hour late. The next morning, the front desk called to remind me that I still had a few things to pack and was about to leave when the housekeeper started banging on the door and even tried to enter with a key. This is the first time I've encountered this in all my years of staying in hotels. There are several flights of stairs leading up and down, and I was carrying a 30kg suitcase all by myself; no one offered to help, and there was no elevator. Finally, a young woman at the front desk couldn't bear to see me like this and helped me with another suitcase. The young woman was kind, but the hotel service was terrible. The cleaning was so-so by European standards, and the bed was so soft I couldn't even sit up straight. Oh well."

"Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet."

"I had the perfect stay at M29 in Krakow. Room was very clean and of a good size,beds were very comfortable and we both loved the modern decor. All of the staff were brilliant they couldn't do enough for you nothing was ever a problem. We especially liked the site of the hotel in the jewish quarter we were near to bars and restaurants and it had a peaceful vibe. I will definitely return to this hotel again."

"Stayed here for 4 nights and it was lovely! It's in the Kazimirez region and is therefore a good 15 minute walk to the main square in the Old Town. It was very clean, the room was lovely with very comfortable beds and a great nights sleep with air conditioning. The reception was manned 24/7 and everyone was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful stay."

"How to say it, the feeling of instant time backflow 😂, the room is relatively small, but it is very clean, every day someone automatically cleans the room, change the bath towel, unlike some hotels now, you do not ask for special requirements, people automatically think you do not need. This is great. Then the front desk lady is more wooden, clean and don't know anything, but the restaurant and cleaning aunt are very enthusiastic. Just stayed in the dizzy, all the small streets are quite winding, but I quickly found that it is convenient to go anywhere, plus various large restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket convenience stores, to the river, to the castle, strolling in the past is quite comfortable, the bus stop is also at the street. In short, a very fun small hotel. Then the castle was awesome. I only saw the second floor for four hours, and I didn't have the strength to see it underground. That dragon cave is really a walk down the stairs from the castle and then through the underground cave, which is a bit scary, and it appears by the river."

"Breakfast with a fruit shot and DIY waffles. Very large room, comfortable mattress and bedding. Thank you for fulfilling my requests. The pool has a beautiful view of the Vistula River and Kazimierz. The hotel is a great transfer point, close to the train station for the airport and the PKP train station. You can easily walk to Kazimierz."

"The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town. The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school. The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation."

"It's a little far from the old town, but good s to visit other places in Krakow, the Oscar Schindler Memorial, the kazimerz Jewish Quarter, the Viswa River, etc. The hotel facilities are great, but the wifi is often cut off. I'm not sure if it's a temporary phenomenon."

"A short trip between Xmas and New year , location is super convenient (only 1km or less to the Wavel castle) . Very large breakfast . Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Water is free if taken from the distributor on each floor ."

"Τhe room was trully excellent. Very comfortable, spacious and with electrical appliances to make your stay as comfortable as your own house. The only problem was the bar on the ground floor of the building where it had outdoor tables and the sound reached the 1st floor quite loudly. if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulty sleeping."
