"Pobyt w hotelu bardzo polecam. Obsługa super. Czysto, pachnąco w całym hotelu nie tylko w pokoju.
W pokoju bardzo przyjemnie mimo, że pokój mieliśmy od ulicy nie przeszkadzało. Jeśli będziemy w Poznaniu to z przyjemnością wrócimy .

"В готелі чисто, сервіс добрий. Приїхали на годину раніше, отримали ключ, не потрібно було чекати.
В номері чисто. Але не має чайника і мікрохвильовки. Чай і кава доступні на -1 поверсі, не завжди це зручно. Готель не має своєї парковки, є місце біля готелю, але його мало. Ми приїхали у святкові дні, коли не потрібно було платити, а у будні 4 злотих за 1 год. Розташування , до центру міста 25-30 хвилин пішки, але можна скористатися громадським транспортом -7-10 хвилин. Місто гарне, зелене, багато парків, є де погуляти .
Ми залишилися задоволені від поїздки."

"Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko centrum, co jest jego dużym atutem. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane, choć miejscami widać, że przydałby się już remont – jednak nie wpływa to znacząco na komfort pobytu.
Śniadania są naprawdę smaczne, natomiast sporym minusem jest bardzo mała sala, przez co często trzeba czekać na wolny stolik. Dodatkowo panie obsługujące śniadania potrafią głośno rozmawiać między sobą, opowiadając historie, które niekoniecznie są komfortowe dla gości próbujących spokojnie zjeść posiłek.
Na duży plus zasługuje natomiast pomocny i uprzejmy personel, który stara się odpowiadać na potrzeby gości.

"The hotel is very comfortable and very well located (a few minutes walk from the city centre).
The staff are very nice, the hotel offers coffee and tea all day. In the room you can also use a cafe and a coffee machine and the hotel leaves tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, bottle water, a courtesy rebuff, ... Also leaves many and varied hygiene products, including a stick, The box is also available for the boxes and the boxes.
The location is quiet, quiet and very easy to reach public transport for people coming by train.
The hotel also provides rainfalls for needs.

"In the city, you can walk to the main attractions in about 15 minutes. The room is OK, not very big, very quiet, and the WiFi is OK. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the subway. There is a large supermarket 3 minutes walk from the hotel, which has a lot of things."

LLeigh0118We stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.

FF. RiffI was here for the third time now. It has not changed in the years - and that is positive. The rooms are very spacious and clean and breakfast is varied and sufficient. Pass to the rooms only with appropriate chip card. Car parking is sufficiently available. On the evening there are enough opportunities to eat or drink on the ground. 😃👍

AAJonney -WangVery bad service as I lost my shoe in the morning!Very stange as I go to the wrong room without password.Then I found it and ask guys to solve for me in 10:00am!I I go to reception and they say they will help.Then I go down 2nd time on11:00am and they say they will help. The third time,I go down 2:00pm and still no one handle. Angry thing.
They say that is impossible!!!I agree withe them for 15minitues and go up and go down! They say the will go up to try ! Finally I found my shoe on the wrong room 304!!!Terrible

AAmirahDIt was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required.
The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe.
Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options.
I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.

MMalcolm OrsbornAltus was a well-placed hotel, ideally placed on the edge of the old town, the Christmas markets, and local shops. There’s a Lidl and numerous convenience stores nearby, and you’re a short walk from the interesting sights. It’s also well-placed on a main road for easy Uber access to the airport.
The breakfast was very good, if a little samey, but still great for starting the day off with unlimited coffee, juices and a decent variety of foodstuffs.
The room was clean and a decent size, with unlimited water supplied by water dispensers outside the room.

GgelovaIn general nice hotel, simple, it is a 3 star hotel so didn’t expect anything crazy.
Room was clean, except something beside the toilet that freaked me out.
Upgraded to a superior room, which included a nespresso machine, but for some reason we were given 3 decaf coffee pods and one regular pod, after the room was cleaned again and one of the pods was used we only had that one pod replaced, don’t get the point of a coffee machine if you will only give one coffee pod for two people to share..
Location wise is very quiet, beside the lake and the waterpark, lovely in the summer, we were at a festival and it was nice coming back to a more relaxed vibe rather than busy loud city centre.
10-15 mins by car from the centre to the hotel and 20mins from the airport, so it’s really not bad.
Food was good at the hotel, a little inconsistent, getting different sauces with the same dishes on different days or same dishes being plated on to different plates the next day, getting salad with a dish one day and then not having any on another day.
Refilling water stations available on each floor which is great, hot, cold or sparkling water.
Outside area is nice, lots of seating available, a pool, but usually taken up by kids.
You can eat outside in the summer, but wasps literally attacked our food and drinks so we had to go inside. There’s so many wasps in Poznan 😅
In general we were happy with our stay, just little things that we have noticed after travelling so much to other places.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect: just outside of the city center, nice and quiet, yet still an easy walk to everything. There is paid parking available just outside the building. The owner was responsive and gave us clear instructions for self-check-in. The apartment complex is new, green, and beautiful. The apartment itself is great, modern, spacious, clean, with a balcony and large windows, and is accessible by elevator.
Minor downsides were the lack of a coffee machine and toaster (only a kettle was available). However, the most serious issue was the sofa bed in the living room: the mattress is only a few centimeters thick, sags, has a broken support, and squeaks terribly. It was a painful experience trying to sleep on it. Please consider this carefully if you travel with more than two people and need the sofa bed (the main bed in the bedroom is quite alright).
Otherwise, you can't go wrong choosing this apartment - if you are traveling as a couple and don't need that sofa bed, this place is easily a 5-star stay!
