"After several business trips, this is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. The room isn't huge, but it's very well-equipped, even with in-room speakers. The common areas have hot water, vending machines, and an iron and ironing board, making it perfect for business travelers. The breakfast in the lobby is quite extensive, and they even offer free freshly ground coffee, which is a thoughtful touch. On the second floor, there's a very large common area where you can relax, read, or work. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Stockholm. The staff are also incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel has a charming, nostalgic, retro music vibe."

"I stayed in a compact room without a window. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Although the room was small, the high ceiling prevented it from feeling cramped. Check-in was done via an automated machine. A staff member at the adjoining cafe helped with the passport verification. Since I arrived before check-in time, I left my luggage in a free locker in the lobby and went sightseeing. I received an email notification for online check-in the day before. It was convenient because after completing it, I got another email confirming that my room was ready. Its location was great, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby."

Last time, when they were explaining breakfast, I mentioned I had an early flight and wouldn't be eating, but they proactively prepared breakfast for me anyway before I left. "The hotel is easily accessible from the main train station, but it's also located directly next to the tracks. It's stylishly furnished. However, the room is in dire need of renovation. Two of the lamps didn't work. The mattress was very worn out, and for two people, it was like sleeping on a trampoline. The bathroom was well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The staff at check-in were very friendly. They should clear the tables more quickly at breakfast."
