GGuest UserThe location is a bit out of the way, so it seems most guests are here for concerts. I was here for the ITZY concert. A plus is that the front desk staff are aware of the concerts and even interact with you about them. It's genuinely close, and walking there is very convenient, with a skybridge and elevator so you barely have to walk at all – perfect for low-energy, lazy people. It was clean, but the room was very small, especially the bathroom. The facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning blew directly onto my head when I was in bed, which was uncomfortable (luckily it wasn't too hot those days, so I just turned it off). The price wasn't cheap either, and breakfast was just okay. Next time, I might stay in a more comfortable hotel in the city center for the same price and just take a taxi back and forth.

30 min from Impact Novotel to Phaya Thai
Easy to get a Grab.
Came for CNBLUE concert at Thunder Dome.
Lobby lady staff knows (sense) so she asked, for CNBLUE, i said yes! She replied, easy to reach venue via linkbridge (passed via hotel restaurant). Sweet staff🤩
They even drew at lobby, cute caricature for 3LOGY CNBLUE stage! Thumbs up for your sweet thoughts.

There are restaurants, walking distance away to Impact halls. Starbucks, KFC, Japanese restaurant (yummy food)
Our room is not large, good for two.
Water in glass bottle provided. Coffee machine, capsules too..

GGuest UserAttended an exhibition, C3 is about a 12-minute walk from IMPACT exhibition center, which is very convenient! Cosmos mall and an outlet store are a 5-minute walk away, and there's also a small AEON supermarket nearby, making dining and shopping easy. The room facilities are basic but practical, and the fridge and air conditioning are relatively new. Because the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are dark-colored and patterned, it's hard to tell if they are clean or not. Overall, I'm satisfied.

GGuest UserFor easygoing people, the accommodation is okay, the bed is big, it is close to Impact Arena, the concert line, you can walk not too far, or you can take a motorcycle taxi, there are cars passing by all the time (it is recommended to walk there faster). You can buy things and walk back to the room. There are convenience stores around, next to the mall, there is food, just walk down and you will see it. The accommodation has a water heater, kitchenware, cups, plates, glasses, hot water kettle, sink, convenient for people who want to buy food back to eat in the room. If there is a chance to go to a concert again, I will book here. It is close to the place, the price is not expensive.

SStanJIt's a nice accommodation that's not big, but has everything you need. It's such an appropriate place for a short break away from the bustling city center of Bangkok. It's quiet and peaceful. I'd like to stay again next time.
Disadvantage: I booked for 2 nights, on the first day they said there were no vacancies of the premium studio I booked, so they gave me a small room. I was able to move to the room I booked on the next day, but it's a pity that I couldn’t stay in the room I wanted on the first day because I made a reservation in advance. It's a pity that the water pressure was weak.

GGuest UserThe place is very near Impact Arena, so it is very convenient to concert goers. It was a nice stay. The room is cleaned, the owner is kind and there are many food stalls outside. It is also walking distance to the Outlet, so you can go shopping during the day and enjoy the night market during the night. And most of all, I enjoyed One Ok Rock concert..haha

HHIRO爺Perfect for nature lovers, there are squirrels, birds, fish swimming, and you can relax by bathing in the forest.
