"The accommodation is excellent, with three floors. It's very close to the Mekong River, perfect for exercising early in the morning. Very convenient."
"This accommodation served us well. The water pressure in the shower was strong and I liked the window in the bathroom. There is security at night. You can borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. I had terrible sleep both nights but I cannot blame the hotel. The soundproofing isn’t the greatest. They should consider putting something soft on the bottom of the chairs as anytime someone above or below you moves it, it’s frighteningly loud. Staff was helpful and kind. Plenty to see in Mueang Nakhon Phanom!"
"I was given room 311 which was a little dated but so worth it for the price I paid, RM70. The towels are fresh, soft. Aircon was superb, bed was just right - not too soft that it bends your spine weirdly but soft enough for a good night's sleep. There is a copy of the New Testament in the room, which is so refreshing as I have not seen this in a long time. The location is just a short walk away from Mekong Walking Street. Reception can help you order a minivan to the airport for THB100 only. If you are a solo traveller like me, this hotel is a perfect transit for doing the Thakhek Loop on the other side(Laos). The International Bus Station is about 7 or 8 mins walk away."
"The hotel is next to the tourist station, can travel to many points. And then comfortable accommodation Close to the food source, food and government center. The location service is quite good. Good male staff give good advice."
"The accommodation is new, very clean, and excellent. The pool is beautiful, and the view of the Mekong River is great. However, it rained all day and night during my stay, so I didn't get to use the pool. My main focus was on relaxation."
"A wonderful stay, staff were very accommodating, room was comfortable and easy to work in and the bed very comfortable! Great little cafe next door, breakfast is served two doors down at a local restaurant, was quick and efficient, a nice breakfast."
"The River Paradise Suite was excellent. Very spacious with a separate living and sleeping area, a very nice bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony with a river view, and a very good breakfast. Everything was perfect, and the parking was great. Nothing to complain about."
"Counter front staff Is that the face does not accept a lot of guests Overall hotel Considered not bad (not good 100% according to the room price **Understandable) but the staff is bad We will check out and tell you to check out. The staff told me to put the key !! The word, yes, no, you, customers, no 😅 don't want, thank you, but if you say something, it would be good.
Check in October 7th 2567, fresh and hot"

Amazing
JJune JZStaff are nice friendly and happy to help the guest. Location very good. room is big but feel have dust in the room still acceptable.
Unfortunately, didn’t take room picture.
Hotel also provide “Tak Bart” in the morning as the Thai & Buddhism used to do.
เเทรเวลเลอร์This is a new and clean hotel. The bed, pillows, and blankets are incredibly soft and comfortable. It's located a bit away from Nakhon Phanom city center, but right by the Mekong River, offering amazing views of the Laotian mountains.
The hotel's top floor has excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, lounge areas for relaxing or reading, and a small cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating.
Just a small suggestion: the cafe closes a bit too early (8 PM). I imagine guests would want to explore the city or the Nakhon Phanom walking street and then return to the hotel for a meal or drink at the cafe. Extending the operating hours would be a good idea.
Overall, I really like this place. If I have the chance to visit again or need to recommend a hotel, I would definitely suggest this one.
FFafueangThe receptionist was very unfriendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean. On the first night, I could clearly hear everything from the adjacent room, and to my dismay, there was a child screaming almost the entire night. 🥲 The room walls were paper-thin.
PPeetDenHaagFor me FIVE STARS ! Stay here for the third time. Very good hotel. Helpful front desk staff. Quiet and great room a pleasure to stay. Very clean. Everything in the room is in top condition. Breakfast very good tasteful food. Looking forward to my next stay.
GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it's consistently one of the best in the area. The location is convenient for transportation, and the breakfast spread is excellent! You can also enjoy views of the Mekong River. Overall, it's a good experience, and the hotel staff are very warm and welcoming!
GGuest UserNo-frills family hotel located about 10 minutes walk from Nakhon Phanom's famous Naga monument. The rooms are basic but are fairly large and not uncomfortable. Both the free WiFi and air conditioning worked well, as did our shower which produced plenty of hot water on a chilly December morning. The private car park is a welcome find. Suggested improvements are the ”covers” on the bed which consist of a thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets. Maybe the hotel owner might consider investing in lightweight synthetic duvets (quilts) which could save a lot of laundry, drying and ironing time.. Although the hotel has a large dining area, we were told that no meals are served although we were welcome to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee. When we stayed, the hotel was nearly full and we felt that the owner was giving away a lot of food business to local restaurants and other eating places. Would we stay again at the SP Residence? Yes we would. The hotel does provide excellent value for money.
GGuest UserThe hotel blasted recorded music in the outside common area from 7 pm until 10 pm every night during my 3-day stay. The music was so loud I couldn't sleep, hear the TV, or even have a conversation. It sounded like there is a live band playing on the balcony outside my room (and my room was on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel). The breakfast was so bad that I skipped it the last two days of my stay( despite having paid for it). Finally, the bed was so hard it felt like I was lying on a marble slab. All in all, an unexpectedly disappointing experience! I will say, however, that the hotel staff was polite, professional, and kind (as is typical in Thailand).
Planning a relaxing trip? Staying at a spa hotel can make your experience even more enjoyable. Siri Regent (from US$ 30) and Blu Hotel (from US$ 26) are great choices for spa hotels offering quality services.
