"Our family stayed at this hotel. Our room was on the 17th floor – good, spacious, and clean. It's a great hotel with hearty breakfasts, a large pool, and a modern gym. The grounds are gated, with plenty of space to walk around and relax. The security staff are excellent and always greet you. A special thank you to the young and beautiful ladies at the reception, always ready to help, very smiley and responsive. There are two 7-Elevens right nearby and a large KFC. For fruits, smoothies, etc., you need to walk about 7 minutes towards the pier. The area isn't noisy; it's away from the bustling city center, but you can always get wherever you need to go by taxi or river taxi. Overall, it was comfortable, and we plan to return."
"This hotel is off the tourist area, North of Bangkok. Clean and comfortable room. I stayed in 2 different room one floor apart. The second room did NOT have any outlets at the bed area to plug in a phone. Breakfast is usually same fare each day and one Thai variation each day. It is a buffet style and very much worth it when booking your room. Toiletries and water supplied every day. Parking can get full when hotel is fully booked but there is usually overflow parking in the area.
Good choices to eat in the area, ESPECIALLY FOR DINNER up to about 9 PM. Then you are out of luck."
"Clean room and provided body wash and towel, perfect for solo travelling! Easy check-in peocess even though i came in past staffed hours and smooth check-out process as well :)"
"Liked it.
Positives:
• Clean
• Rather quiet
• Near station
• Staff can speak some English
• Good price-quality ratio
• There is a nice park not so far away
Negatives:
• Far away from the Suvarnabhumi airport and Bangkok city centre, and not connected to them via public transportation (simply takes too long)"
"Had a good experience staying here with friends. It's located in Nonthaburi and has a hotel-like atmosphere, even though it also functions as a residence. While the building is starting to show its age, it's not run-down at all. There's always staff on site."
"The accommodation was absolutely charming. The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located near Nonthaburi Pier, where you can catch boats across the Chao Phraya River to the Nonthaburi Night Market in the evenings – perfect for a relaxing stroll. The reception staff were incredibly cheerful, friendly, and provided excellent, personable service. For breakfast, I highly recommend the Tom Yum fried rice; it was unbelievably delicious and only 59 baht! Overall, a truly wonderful experience."

Great
GGuest UserIf you are looking for luxury this isn’t it, but if you want a clean room, comfy bed and really hospitable staff then yes. Amenities aren’t much but the room has a TV, kettle and you get the teas at check in or when you get cleaning service with 2 bottles of water. There isn’t much of a view but there, is anyways someone there to help you carry your bags. There is street food outside if you are willing to walk. It is safe and everyone is friendly. It was close to the regent condo my friend stayed at so it was convenient for me.
AAihedianxiaomaiguozhiOverall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the staff were warm, polite, and quick to respond to any requests, offering thoughtful and meticulous service. The room was impeccably clean; the floors, bedding, and bathroom were spotless and odor-free, and toiletries were neatly arranged – hygiene was clearly a top priority. All the facilities were complete: the air conditioning, hot water, and internet worked perfectly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good. The public areas were tidy and well-organized, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

This hotel is really great! From its location to the parking and the rooms, all for a price that's just a few hundred baht! The hotel has parking available, and there's a Turtle Vending machine downstairs. The room was very clean, the bed was soft, and I slept soundly and comfortably. The only downside is that the room isn't very soundproof; you can hear outside noises, people walking by, and housekeepers cleaning. But overall, it's okay. You can check out at 12:00 PM, which is nice. All amenities are provided: hairdryer, toothbrush, shampoo, and soap. It's totally worth it!
ZZizi8787I've stayed at Tivoli Oakwood Residence many times when I visit Bangkok, and it's become my top choice. The overall value for money is exceptional for this area. The rooms are apartment-style with basic kitchenware and a refrigerator, making them perfect for self-catering or short-term stays. The location is excellent, close to the subway station, which saves a lot of time and hassle when traveling to major shopping districts and attractions. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, so you can easily grab snacks, daily necessities, or quick meals, making daily life incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. Whether it's a short trip or a longer stay for relaxation, it's a great fit. I'll definitely prioritize booking here again when I return to Bangkok. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is like a chain, but the decor is quite dated and the facilities are basic. The location is a bit out of the way, but I noticed a lot of Chinese travelers checking in. I guess affordability is key, and people are watching their wallets.
GGuest UserThe palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.
On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive
One negative - no kettle
For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .
UUnchuleeAffordable price
Clean room, quiet, comfortable sleep.
Close to places to eat, easy to travel to, the staff are friendly and welcoming, well looked after and safe, but the entrance may be a bit difficult to see, but overall I'm very satisfied. If I have the opportunity, I'll go back and stay here again.
GGuest UserThe room was noisy all night. I'm not sure if it was the sound of the AC condenser, because there's a recessed area on the balcony right next to the room. Construction for the hotel started at 6 AM, with constant sounds of trolleys and moving stuff. I was on the 3rd floor, and it felt like I was staying in a storage room for the hotel, with constant noise (the 2nd floor is the lobby).
GGuest UserIt's not my first time staying here. it's a pretty good budget hotel. they also offer discount rates for longer stays. most of the studio rooms are similar but rooms closer to the street side of the building will be a bit noisier of course. overall a great value.

#NonthaburiHotel #Review #HotelNearExpressway #NgamWongwan A beautiful and comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere, convenient location, good parking, and excellent breakfast. What I loved most was the facilities that are accessible for disabled people like me, from wheelchair ramps to seating and handrails in the bathroom. Highly recommended!
