"The room was noisy all night. I'm not sure if it was the sound of the AC condenser, because there's a recessed area on the balcony right next to the room. Construction for the hotel started at 6 AM, with constant sounds of trolleys and moving stuff. I was on the 3rd floor, and it felt like I was staying in a storage room for the hotel, with constant noise (the 2nd floor is the lobby)."
