Guest UserExcellent city hotel! The bed, mattress, and pillows were super comfortable – I've definitely got something to compare it to. The bathroom was good, everything clean and new. The location is also great. It's a 2-minute walk to the right to catch a tuk-tuk, and for 15 baht, you can get to the city center, Walking Street, and further, depending on the route. Breakfasts were decent: there's a coffee machine, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, rice, chicken, vegetables, fruits, cereal with milk, and toast with various toppings. Overall, we had everything we needed 👍.
The Sanctuary of Truth is about 2 km away, a 25-minute walk. We also walked to the local pier where locals fish, and there are two seafood restaurants there.
After this hotel, we moved to another (4-star) for comparison. This one is not worse at all, and considering its ridiculously low price, it's very much worth it! 👍

Anonymous UserI always enjoy staying here every time I travel. The view is great, the facilities are good, and for those using Bolt, the location isn't bad at all. However, the water pressure in the room I stayed in was a bit weak. Especially, the staff member named Nisa spoke Korean, which was very convenient.

Guest UserThis was a Pattaya trip with friends and kids (3 moms + 1 elementary school son + 1 5-year-old son + 1 3-year-old daughter = 6 people).
The location of the accommodation is truly excellent. Just across the street is a large shopping mall (Central Festival Pattaya), and if you walk through the mall, the beach is right in front of you. Right next door is a night market (visible from the hotel balcony), and there's another night market behind it. Since the kids were young, we didn't go to the night markets. We either had dinner at the shopping mall or bought fruits and desserts from the supermarket to eat at the accommodation.
The cleanliness of the accommodation was fine. Every visible spot was clean. Wine glasses, dishes, and even pots were all neatly arranged.
Breakfast: Those who want a wide variety of food might be disappointed. The breakfast costs about 20,000 KRW, and that's exactly what you get for the price. It was perfect for a quick meal with the kids, and the freshly made omelets were delicious.
There's a kids' cafe next to the breakfast restaurant, but it's smaller than expected. The kids liked it, but there wasn't really anywhere for the parents who had to stay with them to sit, so they ended up sitting on the floor, making the small space feel even smaller (you can't just drop off the kids and leave).
Swimming Pool: It's much smaller than I thought. Just imagine a rooftop pool at a 3-4 star hotel in Korea. One floor up, there's a shallow, boat-shaped pool that's good for kids, but it's also... just small. Not a spacious pool. The six of us just played in the lower pool, and since there were no other people, we had a great time by ourselves, hahaha. The pizza and chicken here are amazing. We ordered extra chicken twice. The price for 5-6 pieces of chicken (wings) was about 299 baht.
The location was good, it was clean, and we enjoyed the pool pretty well on our own. However, the front desk staff's English was hard to understand. We don't speak English perfectly either, but their accent made it difficult to understand, so check-in took a long time. Other than that, the price was reasonable, and we had a good stay.
It seemed like they had a lot of kids' club activities, but we didn't participate in any of them.

Guest UserOur first time here and we were so impressed! We came for our wedding anniversary with our 5-year-old, and the service and care we received were exceptional. The room was lovely. We ordered BBQ to our room, and it was so worth it – very generous portions. Breakfast was great, and the pool was fantastic. Every single staff member, from every department, was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making our special day even more memorable! This will definitely be our family's go-to hotel from now on. We used to stay at other 5-star hotels, but from now on, every trip must include The Gems Mining 🤍

Guest UserExcellent hotel! We were a bit worried that there wouldn't be any quiet and peaceful areas, as it's mainly families with children who stay here, but everything turned out perfectly! Everyone can find a spot they like!
The suite rooms are very good, as are the club lounges. The lounge on the 12th floor now offers decent drinks and cocktails with snacks from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
At breakfast, you can enjoy a glass of Australian brut.
Juices, water, tea, coffee, fruits, and cookies are available throughout the day!
The staff are very polite and friendly!
The sea in mid-July was calm and very warm, with no waves. The water temperature near the shore reached up to 35°C.

KirinnaCozy budget hotel. Perfect for a short trip if you want to be close to the sea and don't need breakfast. Comfortable rooms with high beds. If you want to work outdoors, there's a special table with power outlets for laptops downstairs by the entrance. Shops and cafes are nearby. The sea is close, and Terminal 21 isn't far either.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, and the room is bright and clean, but there's a strong drain smell. It's convenient having a 7-Eleven and Best Mart right next to the hotel. Also, with Siam Commercial Bank right beside it, it should be handy for those who use Woori Bank. I stayed on the second floor, so I'm not sure if the drain smell is an issue on higher floors. Because of the drain smell, I'd probably think twice about staying here again.

นักล่าท่องโลกI've been here before and even stayed overnight. The price is reasonable, but there's no mini-fridge for water since there's a 'Tao Bin' (vending machine) downstairs. The amenities are decent, not bad at all, and the location is quite good, actually. It's close to home, there's a terminal nearby, and Central isn't far either, plus it's close to the beach, which is no problem for us. My boyfriend slept comfortably, so it's all good. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always smiling – no drama. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
