"Whenever I visit Ubon Ratchathani, this is always my first choice. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with strong water pressure and all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The price is very reasonable for the quality offered. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. Although it can get quite busy during peak hours, the hotel manages everything very efficiently. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is in a quiet street far from trouble. Within 100 Bath you rich ”every” point in Ubon. Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m. We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level. The presentation on the Internet was far from reality. A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there. If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator. If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good. There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite.... This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more."

"Probably the weirdest check in experience for me in years! It was like we were not expected, my booking information was sent to many random people on the receptionist’s phone. She kept taking photos of my reservation on my phone, she sent my booking information to my email multiple times , I don’t know for what. We were super exhausted as we just arrived in Ubon and had a long walk in order to get to the hotel. It was really really weird and awkward check in. Ignoring that horrible check-in experience , everything was really decent and nice, the place is super clean , and 7 eleven is right by the resort. Great value for money, and an almost perfect stay, that was ruined a bit by the awkward check in!"

"Location: It's in the city, turn into a side street, it's located in the middle of the street which has exits from both sides. Personally, I felt it was worth the price paid. The accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff provided good service. They even offered a morning alms-giving activity for guests. We got a room with breakfast included, and they refilled the food constantly. The food tasted good; I especially liked the chicken stir-fried with ginger, it was delicious! Tea, coffee, juice, and bread were all available. I was very impressed. Inside the room, there were extra slippers, a hairdryer, and the air conditioning was very cool. It was perfect! If I have the opportunity to go to Ubon again, this will be my first choice of accommodation."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, I was truly impressed. The nearby lake is beautiful, and the garden is absolutely stunning — a perfect place to relax. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff: the room was cleaned impeccably, quickly, and with great attention to detail. Probably the best cleaning service I’ve experienced. The hotel itself is not new, which might be noticeable in some areas, but it’s a minor issue compared to everything else. Some rooms, especially those facing the lake, offer breathtaking views — truly unforgettable."
