Serenity resort Amazing hotel - would highly recommend staying here. We stayed at serenity resort for 2 nights on arriving at Koh Chang from Bangkok. The location is so so idyllic and relaxing, absolutely beautiful. We also stayed on the west side of the island for a couple of nights and while it is quieter on the east side of the island (ie, there is no point in leaving the resort in the evening as there is nothing really to do on the east side after dark) this is exactly what we were after. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great and reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely view. As other reviews have said, if you are staying here you will likely want your own transport so you can explore. We rented a moped from the resort at a very reasonable price. If you want to rent a car make sure you have an intl driving permit (takes a few mins to obtain but must do whilst in the UK). There’s barely any traffic on this side of the island so the drive down to long beach at the south of the island felt very safe on a moped despite the hills (and would be the same in a car). The resort staff recommended us to do this and then get kayaks over to Koh ngam, which we did and was a great experience! The other option is to rent a taxi for a day (we were quoted c2500 baht for 6 hours) and they can drop you wherever you like and wait for you. Thanks again for a lovely stay at serenity resort!!

We had an amazing stay at Sylvan Koh Chang and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful and full of little surprises. Every corner is stunning, surrounded by nature and beautiful frangipani flowers. The scent of fresh frangipani around the swimming pool was absolutely wonderful and made the whole stay feel even more special. The staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They kindly prepared a lovely towel birthday cake for my partner with fresh frangipani flowers, which was such a sweet and memorable surprise. During breakfast, we even saw a huge bird nearby, which was a unique and memorable experience. One of our most unforgettable moments was walking back along the beach at night after dinner. The sky was full of stars, and we even saw a shooting star. It felt magical and romantic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay filled with beautiful memories. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this resort to couples looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway.

I travel a lot for work and rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly made me feel incredibly comfortable. The environment is great, the room was excellent, and we even got an upgrade. Don't worry too much about the occasional small insect – it's unavoidable. What really stood out was the consistently excellent service from all the staff. They were quick to help with anything, and even if your English isn't perfect, simple communication is all you need. While the breakfast spread might be slightly smaller than a five-star in China, everything was delicious, especially the noodle soup – the broth was incredibly fresh. Lunch at the hotel wasn't too expensive and tasted great. We also booked various tours through the hotel, which were good and reasonably priced. With the hotel's discount vouchers, all our expenses were very cost-effective. Both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The most important thing is their truly dedicated service. Next time, I'll definitely try another SENSYA brand hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The room facilities are complete, and I especially loved that the bathroom had a jacuzzi. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. For dinner, we had pizza at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. Staying here for our honeymoon was a wonderful experience and created many memorable moments for us. The hotel has beautiful swimming pools, especially the rooftop pool, which is particularly lovely in the evening. The hotel also has a wide beachfront that is perfect for taking a relaxing walk, whether in the morning or evening. There are also convenience stores and various shops right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our honeymoon here. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again!

Excellent hotel, perfect for both families and couples. The breakfasts are superb with something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily. There are shops and massage parlors nearby. To get to the beach, you just need to cross the road, and there's even a traffic controller to help you with that. The hotel's water park is also fantastic. Overall, cleanliness and order are well-maintained. We'd definitely return if we have the chance.

We stayed at Stage Hotel for 15 days, and it was truly wonderful. A very cozy, clean, and comfortable hotel that makes you feel at home from the very first days. The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and the snow-white bed linen is a real pleasure to sleep in. The air conditioning works perfectly — the temperature in the room was always comfortable. Special thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Honestly, I was almost in tears when it was time to leave. This is a place you want to come back to again and again. Stage Hotel is not just a hotel — it’s a feeling of comfort, calm, and warmth away from home. We will definitely return ❤️

The hotel ambiance is great, and the price is good. The rooms are nice too. Breakfast isn't extensive, but they do have *khanom krok* (Thai coconut pancakes). The housekeeping staff are lovely; you can get 4 bottles of water per day. The front desk staff provide good service. However, my departure wasn't as pleasant because of one of the staff members. It was raining heavily as I was about to load my luggage into the car, and I'd forgotten my umbrella. The staff member just stood there watching me without offering any help. Even a small gesture like offering an umbrella would have been appreciated. I can handle my own bags, but I had to run to find an umbrella myself just to get my belongings into the car.

First of all, I would sincerely would like to say Thank You So Much for your service and we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Everything about hotel is extremely good and we couldn't find the best suitable words to describe it. Location, cleanliness, foods, friendly helpful staffs and quiet environment everything is great. The most satisfying service is the helpfulness of the staffs in transportation processes and they can handle every request. We would like to give 9stars and it should be 10 if the price of breakfast buffet were a little less compared to the variety of foods displayed.

The accommodation is good, quiet, near the sea, clear water, delicious breakfast, the owner provides very good service.
