A Tropical Paradise with World-Class Service!
We recently stayed at The Aiyapura, and it was hands-down one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing—always attentive, smiling, and ready to help with a ”can-do” attitude.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and sits right on the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A few highlights from our stay:
• Dining: The food was delicious! Every meal exceeded our expectations.
• Amenities: Everything was top-notch and well-maintained.
• Logistics: Their shuttle service is the best—super convenient and always on time.
If you are looking for a perfect getaway with great vibes and excellent service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Sylvan Koh Chang and truly enjoyed every moment.
The resort is beautiful and full of little surprises. Every corner is stunning, surrounded by nature and beautiful frangipani flowers. The scent of fresh frangipani around the swimming pool was absolutely wonderful and made the whole stay feel even more special.
The staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. They kindly prepared a lovely towel birthday cake for my partner with fresh frangipani flowers, which was such a sweet and memorable surprise.
During breakfast, we even saw a huge bird nearby, which was a unique and memorable experience.
One of our most unforgettable moments was walking back along the beach at night after dinner. The sky was full of stars, and we even saw a shooting star. It felt magical and romantic.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay filled with beautiful memories. We would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this resort to couples looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway.

Overall a good hotel but lots of wood used to make it feel eco friendly but the negatives add up…. More pests ….. plus all public areas like restaurants and breakfast areas aren’t airconditioned which makes it difficult to enjoy the food….. The rooms have a small pool which looks great but the water is cold which makes taking a plunge and relaxing in the pool not possible

Anonymous UserExcellent hotel. Suitable for family vacations, couples, and groups of friends. This is our favorite hotel - we stay here constantly. It's worth noting that the hotel only gets better every year! Cleanliness, service, and beauty are always top-notch! The breakfasts are excellent and varied.
The only minor drawback, which isn't the hotel's fault but rather its location, is the constant waves (including undertow) during the low season – making it impossible to swim. However, the beauty of the waves is indescribable – you can watch them from the shore while relaxing on a sun lounger or a comfortable sofa. I highly recommend this hotel, especially during the high season!!

Guest UserExcellent hotel, perfect for both families and couples. The breakfasts are superb with something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily. There are shops and massage parlors nearby. To get to the beach, you just need to cross the road, and there's even a traffic controller to help you with that. The hotel's water park is also fantastic. Overall, cleanliness and order are well-maintained. We'd definitely return if we have the chance.

Guest UserThe hotel is good, and the location is convenient, with shops, excellent cafes, plenty of massage parlors, and bike rentals nearby. The room was spacious, modern, and excellent, with everything needed in both the room and the bathroom. The safe was present and worked perfectly. The 50-meter swimming pool was wonderfully clean, with comfortable sun loungers and daybeds. There was live music some evenings, and a beautiful view of the shore.
Downsides:
1. The breakfast buffet was rather meager compared to typical Thai options at hotels of a similar standard and price. For fruits, there was only watermelon and occasionally papaya. As for vegetables, there weren't even cherry tomatoes. There were no salads at all, and no seafood either. Over the course of a week, fish in batter was served only once.
2. The air conditioning was very noisy, but it cooled the room excellently.

Anonymous UserUnexpectedly found this hotel, it has a swimming pool and the room environment is great, quite spacious too. Breakfast is simple but good. There's a 7-Eleven not far from the entrance! Excellent value for money for an economy hotel!

Bibi gurlThe hotel ambiance is great, and the price is good. The rooms are nice too. Breakfast isn't extensive, but they do have *khanom krok* (Thai coconut pancakes). The housekeeping staff are lovely; you can get 4 bottles of water per day. The front desk staff provide good service. However, my departure wasn't as pleasant because of one of the staff members. It was raining heavily as I was about to load my luggage into the car, and I'd forgotten my umbrella. The staff member just stood there watching me without offering any help. Even a small gesture like offering an umbrella would have been appreciated. I can handle my own bags, but I had to run to find an umbrella myself just to get my belongings into the car.

Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort
I stayed in a room with a private pool. A little splurge on myself! It was so fun to have my own pool, to wake up in the morning and just jump into the water for a little cooling off. I could lay on the recliner and read to my heart’s content with no distractions, feet in the water.
Morning breakfasts are fantastic and the beach view is amazing! Staff are friendly and helpful.
What to know?: it’s the “Cliff Beach Resort”, which means your on a hill… which means climbing. It’SA steep walk from room to beach, but a great opportunity to get your blood flowing. Embrace it.
Room for growth: the bedding smelled a bit sour. It’s wet here, so making sure things dry properly is a challenge. My greatest complaint about the room is that there was a ladder propped up against the backside of the pool wall, meaning someone could climb it right into my private room. A little sketch. The ladder is for maintenance, so I just pushed it off the wall. The pool could use a bit of chlorine as algae was present on the pool walls, but honestly, I’d rather have the non-chemical water.
The biggest negative which the hotel has no control over is the nighttime noise. There’s a bar across the street which pumps loud music (starting at 10pm and going til like 4am). The hotel actually gives you earplugs when you check in. So lame.
There’s two pools. One up on top of the cliff with excellent views. One down by the ocean.
Overall, a pleasant stay.
