"Breakfast is quite satisfactory and there is parking. The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are large and quiet. Interestingly, the closer the check-in time is, the cheaper the price will be."

"The hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com. The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast."

"I found this on my bed frame, it’s a metal over the bed mattress , I hitting it hurting my leg, but when I went to tell the front desk about it , they took care of it right away . The front desk is very very nice . The entire of room , very clean and comfortable, I would like to recommend to other to come to stay here and myself again"

"This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix! "

"For a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda."

"The front desk staff went above and beyond in every way. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed at this location the night before my surgery and the night I was released from the hospital because it was so close by. I appreciate the empathy and service provided by the front desk, as they helped with my luggage to the Uber when I was departing. 100% I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area. "
