"I love the pink bathrooms, the huge window walls with the light switch drape controls, I’ve been staying here for over a month staff is super friendly and helpful they are the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. I love how it’s mid strip with all new view of something in every direction! Great prices!"

"This was a very unsatisfactory experience. I booked and paid for the room well in advance through Trip.com, only to be told there were no rooms available when I arrived at night and was asked to stay at another hotel. This was in the US, and I was a solo female traveler. I later contacted Trip.com about this. Trip.com said, as an apology, the hotel would deduct three nights of resort fees. What I don't understand is why an issue with a hotel booked through Trip.com has to be processed through my credit card in USD? Trip.com then offered a 500-point compensation and I haven't heard anything since, and my messages have gone unanswered. The handling of this matter has been very unreasonable and unsatisfactory. Is there an appeals process for this?"

"Every time I go to a Vegas exhibition, I stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that the complimentary bottled water is ridiculously small. When I asked the front desk for more, I joked that the water was for babies, and the guy at the front desk even laughed and agreed! Plus, it's limited to four bottles per request. The first time I stayed, I couldn't stand it and just drank the Evian from the minibar – it was so much more satisfying to have a proper-sized bottle. The hotel's surroundings are very lively, with various stores and restaurants just across the street, making for a pleasant evening stroll."

"The location is a 10-minute taxi ride from the main street, but it's still relatively close. Compared to other hotels of the same caliber on the main street, this hotel offers great value for money. It's cleaner, tidier, and quieter, making for a comfortable stay. The only downsides are the lack of a buffet breakfast, washing machine, and refrigerator."

"Had a fantastic experience, the best in Las Vegas this trip. When checking in, the front desk mentioned a mountain view, and I casually asked if there was a room with a view of the Sphere. They said higher floors did, and upon learning we specifically traveled from Beijing, they upgraded us to the 58th floor with a Sphere view for an extra $30 per room. It was an excellent experience; the room was spacious with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. You can ask the front desk for water refills, which are free. The service was great, and they even gave my child a backpack for the trip. To get to the Sphere, you can cross to the Nordstrom mall directly opposite the hotel, walk through to the Palazzo, and then straight to the Sphere. This way, you don't have to walk outdoors, which is a lifesaver in the Vegas heat. If you're unsure how to get through the mall, just ask a sales associate or the staff at the Trump hotel."

"I recently stayed at the Treasure Island (TI) hotel in Las Vegas and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, making it incredibly convenient to walk to nearby attractions, shopping malls, and other major resorts. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a great view of the city. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep after a long day of exploring. As for the facilities, the pool area was fantastic and very relaxing, and the casino inside had a great atmosphere with plenty of gaming options. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. Overall, Treasure Island offers excellent value for money compared to other hotels on the Strip. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Las Vegas, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!"

"My experience with this hotel was generally positive. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and everything else was fine. However, there was one issue that I was not happy with. I specifically booked a Bellagio view room with two queen beds for four guests because I wanted to make sure everyone would have a proper bed to sleep in, even though it cost more. When I arrived, I was given a room with one king bed instead. The hotel provided an extra rollaway bed, which meant one person still had to sleep on the sofa. They told me that if I wanted to switch to the room type I originally booked, I would need to go down to the front desk the next day between noon and 4 PM to request a room change. I found this very inconvenient because I was on vacation and out enjoying my day. I did not want to interrupt my plans and rush back to the hotel just to change rooms. What I don’t understand is why I had to stay in a king room and then switch later when I had already booked and paid for a room with two queen beds for all four nights. If I selected and paid extra for that room type, it should have been reserved and available upon arrival. After the trip, I contacted Trip.com regarding this issue. I was very pleased that they handled the situation quickly and resolved it as soon as possible."

"I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!"

"The room was spacious and came with slippers, plus it had two bathrooms. While the location isn't super convenient, you can take the tram from Mandalay Bay to Excalibur. Just a heads-up, don't touch anything in the minibar – a bottle of water is $18! Big thanks to the front desk for giving me several small bottles of water, otherwise, it would have been a real hassle."

"The location is unbeatable, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The cold-water faucet in my room didn’t work, which is unacceptable for a so-called four-star hotel. The bathroom design is baffling—the glass door blocks half of the bathroom when opened. Overall, the facilities feel dated and overdue for a serious upgrade."
