"The hotel was rebuilt from a 19th century shopping mall. The room facilities are very general, especially the door, which is called rudimentary. The room is far from the lobby and has to go through the entire mall. There seems to be a light rail nearby, and vehicles can be faintly heard rumbling in the room at night. The mall is a historical building, and there are many people when there are activities on holidays. There are many restaurants on the back of the hotel, and several taste good."
"The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding facilities are complete, the travel and dining are very convenient, the hotel is clean and tidy, antique, the front desk service is very intimate, we arrived in the morning, waited for a man to let us stay, thank you very much."
"Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.
Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.
We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.
On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.
Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing………
I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down. You really need to deliver on your promises.
So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️"
"This hotel is located in a black area, and the surrounding area is very desolate and rundown. The hotel itself is quite good, clean and tidy. It was during breakfast that the staff closed the stall before it was time."
"Cleveland, a beautiful city on the edge of the Great Lakes, accidentally saw a lot of tigers in the Year of the Tiger. The hotel is big and clean, and the breakfast is standard American breakfast."
"We loved our stay at the Drury Plaza, Downtown Cleveland! The staff was all very nice. Most hotels in this area and price range didn't have a pool or spa, so the swimming area felt like a bonus! It was clean, and very enjoyable. The kick- start they offer was amazing! It was an entire dinner included in the hotel price! PLUS 3 adult beverages per adult staying! They were classic drinks, think cranbery vodka and whiskey and cokes. Breakfast was also delicious! It had a lot more to offer than just the normal hotel continental breakfast. The eating area was super clean and kept up nicely. We walked 5 minutes to the House of Blues for a concert. The walk was pretty strait forward to the Downtown area! The hotel itself was pretty clean. It's a bit out dated (no USB outlets, the plumbing is obviously old, and drained a bit slow, small tvs, old carpet) but it didn't really take away from its old time unique charm with all the marble and lighting. The beds and pillows were super comfy! My son did mention he wished he would have brought a cozy blanket, bc theirs are pretty thin. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we are in the area! We will also look into staying at different Drury locations when on trips!"
"We came to Cleveland by train. Arrival time is early. I wanted to say temporarily store my luggage. Check in again in the afternoon. As a result, the counter directly checked us in and breakfast reception. Unimaginable service. It's so intimate.
The location of the hotel is excellent. In Cleveland downtown,, I walked to the eight attractions in almost a day. Opposite is the cathedral. Walk for 10 minutes to the Rock and Roll Hall of People
The breakfast room manager service is super good. Follow the side. What is missing is immediately made up. I feel that every guest is full of energy."
"My child is studying at Case Western Reserve, so I booked this hotel. This hotel is in the city of Cleveland, about 5 kilometers away from Case. The hotel is also located in the school area, opposite the various buildings of Cleveland State University. The hotel has a large parking lot and multiple dining facilities nearby, which makes it convenient to eat. The hotel itself provides breakfast in the morning, which is simple and effective. The hotel itself is on Euclid Street, and Case Western Reserve is also on the same street, so it is convenient to drive all the way down. The accommodation experience is still good."
"Overall, it is acceptable, but it is the level of the domestic season. This is very different from the positioning of the domestic Indigo Hotel. Friends who come from China should be prepared. Except for the front desk, do not have expectations for the service. This is the usual situation of American hotels after the epidemic."

GGuest UserThe room is very good, the environment is good, on the campus, very safe, it is especially convenient to go to the attractions around the campus, the hotel's breakfast is also very good, but the hotel does not have a gym.
GGuest UserClean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility:
This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.
GGuest UserI was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.
GGuest UserThe room was quite old. Check-in is at 4 PM, and I tried emailing the hotel to see if I could check in earlier, but received no response at all. The first room they gave me had two huge fans right outside the window, so I had to talk to the front desk manager to get a different one. I already knew there wouldn't be slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but there wasn't even a cup to put my toothbrush in. I only chose this hotel because the Hilton was fully booked.
1117伽玛刀-黄医生Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet. Coffee is Starbucks. The waiters are terrible, and the hygiene is perfunctory! The hotel is in the university town, 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Museum. The museum is free, but it is closed on Mondays! The church opposite the hotel!
GGuest UserThe hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.
GGuest UserThe stay was good, breakfast 15 knives, eating was quite satisfactory, the service staff was very warm, and would take the initiative to help with things to drink. I ordered a chicken roll for dinner and it tasted very good! The whole hotel is very close to Cleveland Medical Center. It is very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall to use uber. The only downside is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. Then the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland! ! !
FFranc1sThe staff was incredibly kind and helpful — when I arrived soaking wet from the rain, they immediately gave me a towel and offered me free water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive service.
AAhgusReasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
