"The room was standard and was quite clean, the drawbacks was that since the hotel was right next to the highway, it can get quite noisy at night. The AC unit in our room was also quite noisy and made a weird noise. Many of the amenities in the room was not properly refilled. Had to go down to the reception to ask them to refill a few items.
Not great, average stay.
There’s also a $5 parking fee for each overnight stay, which was not mentioned when we booked through Trip.com"
"The hotel was new and the rooms are very nice. Sleep was comfortable and great given how the rooms were relatively quiet compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The beds were quite comfortable and probably one of the best nights I’ve had in a long while."
"It is quite place. Past experiences on other hotels brought me to carry water and snacks all the time. Once I reached and booking confirmed they gave compliment water and cookies. It’s good.
Address on Price app varies than original address. Not quite far. But close to .2 miles.
No other complaints.
Happy stay"
"Really great stay at this location. Clean, modern and bright, loved our suite room with sofa area and kitchen, even though we stayed only one night and barely got to use it! Breakfast was good, cereals, breads, hot food etc. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Pool looked inviting but didn't get the chance to use....Would happily have stayed longer!"
"This was our 2nd time staying here, enjoyed the pool and bar as well as the 2nd pool area for the Grandkids. Did some putting but it was very hot so we did not spend much time away from the pool. The first accommodations we were assigned to stay in was not up to par we were able to move to an updated room which was perfect. Definitely would stay again"
"Nice new hotel. The beds were not made everyday, when I asked at reception why not, they said it is Hilton policy to just pull the sheets up !!! I’ve never heard such a thing !! Told sheets would be changed after 3rd night, but they were not. Tissues not replaced when empty. Maid service was very disappointing, but everything else was good."
"Stayed here a few nights with my girlfriend and we loved it! Very clean and modern hotel. I loved all the techy touches like the numerous USB ports for charging devices, cool accent lighting throughout and even Bluetooth speaker built in to the bathroom mirror! We enjoyed the bar/restaurant in the lobby although they only serve breakfast and dinner and prices a little hhigh it was worth it. the only thing I have to complain about is the location... it's very close to desert ridge shopping but is awkwardly located were gps gets confused and takes you thru several parking lots and a round about. other than location it's a 10!!

Amazing
MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!
MMinhuaGreat stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!
GGuest UserVery interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.
JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.
DdilayaydanThe most beautiful thing was breakfast. We compared with other hotels which are we stayed before. They had just cereals. In this hotel there were boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, cream cheese, cereal...
Location was really far from airport because we dont have any car. If you have car, it is ok.
Last thing is cleaning. I disappointed because of this view. Sheets and pillows were really dirty.
AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.
GGuest UserIt was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me.
Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient.
I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
