Hotels near Four Seasons Mall, Greensboro

Very clean, top notch friendly staff, everything we wanted in a couples getaway. My only complaints are the pillows, sheets and towels. At a luxury resort you expect high thread count sheets, plump pillows, and high quality towels. Not a huge deal next time I’ll bring my own pillow. All in all it was a great experience!

The room had two queen beds and a sofa bed that was the size of a twin bed. Also, it was not the type of sofa bed that required it being pulled out. It was comfortable. It was in the same room but separated to the point that my phone light did not disturb the others with me. The breakfast was also good. There were oranges and bananas on Friday night and oranges and and apples on Saturday for the guests.

The room was quiet and the hotel was clean and tidy. Overall very good. During the HP exhibition, the price was nearly three times higher, which was somewhat exaggerated. However, it is very convenient to have a shuttle bus during the exhibition.

The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. That said, at first glance the room is very big and nice looking

The scenery is pleasant, such as a great. The overall experience of staying in is comfortable and comfortable. The location is very convenient. The surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are complete. Self-driving and public transportation are very worry-free. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is very high, the staff is gentle and courteous, and the procedures can be completed in a few minutes. The rooms are clean and dry, the beds are moderately hard and soft, the bedding is clean and odorless, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the hot water is stable. The room is lighted and transparent, the sound insulation effect is good, and the corridor and outdoor noise are basically not heard at night. The supporting facilities are complete, the network speed is smooth, and the air conditioning is sensitive. The breakfast category is rich, with meat and vegetables, noodles and drinks, and the taste is delicious. Cleaning cleans the room on time every day, and the service is meticulous and intimate. The only small shortcoming is that there is less space by the window. The overall price is outstanding, whether it is a short trip or a business stay is very suitable, I will choose this hotel next time I visit.

We are driving by car. It should be very close to the airport. The hotel is large here. The room is very clean and the space is large. Free parking is very convenient. Breakfast can also be a la carte! The price is very high!

Room service was listed as an option on the in room TV guide, however, when we called for room service we were told they did not offer it. The pool temp was cold. The pool deck and steps were VERY slippery. The room was clean. The check in staff and evening reception staff were very nice. However, lines were very long due to there only being one of them.

1 nightstand led to that side of the bed having a clear body-duvet/ sunken area = NOT comfy. The ac unit is LOUD.. fridge kicks on frequently, as well so between the mattress issue and loud noise, sleep wasn't easy or good. Finally I just rotated the mattress to get a somewhat okay night's sleep Oh, I'm case you also aren't told, all dishes, pots pans etc are in the dishwasher! - not the cupboards. Wish I had been told

This Hotel, overall is OK, Location is Fantastic, surrounding got restaurant , pharmacy and convenient store, all within short working distance, the room window not clean, during cleaning nee more suction the dust, under bed a lot of rubbish, the cleaner need to remove the bed and do cleaning, not just chang the mattress, bottom also need to clean, i found this because my heard phone drop to the floor then accidently saw this, need to improve. the breakfast is good, especially mii burger is tastily. for me , this good hotel for stay, those need convenience for surrounding restaurant, it can be your first choice
