"Celebrating my birthday was a great experience. The room was oceanfront. The shower was incredible but the room was very small. There was minimal furniture so everything must stay in the luggage or on the floor. The bed was very comfortable and tv was large but there was nowhere to sit and only 1 nightstand. I suggest a mini fridge and 2 nightstands. Other then that I would recommend checking the Moxy out . Every employee seemed to enjoy working there and everyone was friendly and helpful"

"Reception was friendly and gave direct, specific instructions. We were given a room on the ground floor, which was clean and bright, with no cigarette smell or ********. The bathroom was well-organized and well-arranged, with a shower, toilet, and sink. There were storage areas in the bathroom and a sleeping area. Only stayed for one night, so no specific information about the service."

"It was a place to lay our heads for the evening and that is the best I can say, property was poorly maintained, the room was very old and quite dated, my daughter said “ this looks like a house from a scary movie” overall cleanliness was alright. The price was extremely high for what is offered and for being part of the choice hotel family I was extremely disappointed. As I told the front desk agent they can use a major makeover of the property overall to include the parking lot. Best part of the trip was the front desk agent Felicia was was very professional and accommodating if not for that it was a total bust honestly !!!!"

"My family & I recently stayed at this property, and the service was awesome!! We would definitely book here again!! To speak on why we would...One of the elevators was out of order, which is beyond their control, so to make the unpleasant situation pleasant; guests were provided with snacks and soda in the lobby while we waited for the elevator ... in addition to this dilemma, the water lines had to be tested, and the hotel was without water pressure for a little while; with that being said, guest were informed arrangements had been made so that we could use the neighboring hotel .... all the staff was extremely nice and I especially appreciated the security of ID check before a room key was given ... because there wasn't a hot-tub, I will give this hotel a 9/10 ... Wonderful booking"

"window had previous persons lip and face marks where they pressed face against window probably children. musty smell plus 2 chairs outside with red stain that looked initially like blood and on wall. I figured probably a red drink though. Electric not hotels fault went out for hour or 2 second day. hotel is not on beach it's across street from other hotels. parking spots are tight. Virginia Beach itself is amazing. "

"My stay at La Quinta Virginia Beach was a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, even though the hotel is just steps away from the beach and local dining spots. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and parking was easy to access.
Overall, I’d highly recommend La Quinta to anyone visiting Virginia Beach — excellent hospitality, great location, and a very comfortable stay!"

GGuest UserThe stay was great. It was 5 minutes from our family and relatively easy to get to. The facility seems was very new and, therefore, the rooms were clean and in great shape. Beds were comfortable enough and the kitchenette was a nice addition, although we really didn't have use for it. All staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast especially went out of her way to make sure all the guests were well taken care of... although that doesn't sleight anyone else. We would definitely stay there again, and likely will when we come to see family.

GGuest UserThe SureStay Oceanfront hotel was a pleasant surprise. The small check-in lobby is at the back of the garage, and had me wondering if I'd made a mistake. But the room key-entry elevator got us to the 4th floor fast. (I liked that security and speed) We went to our room, #404 and when we opened the door we were pleased. Spacious living room, beautiful ocean view, decent bathroom, separate bedroom, and it was VERY clean, which we appreciate very much. Really liked the kitchen with sink, stove, full-sized fridge and microwave.
We have paid a lot more for a lot less! Beach access was on the 1st floor, and put you right on the boardwalk. Not much to complain about. The only negatives were: 1. Only one remote for two TV's. Could have asked for another one, but we didn't need it. 2. The neighbors next door had screaming kids, and you could hear them through the vent. Fortunately it didn't last long. Besides that, we were VERY happy with our stay.

GGuest UserMy daughters favorite hotel on the beach - and the extra amenities for families allows me to work from the hotel if necessary - while my munchkin still has fun.. she loves the kids club even at 10 y/o and the private mini movie theater because she can go ”by herself” since I am only a few feet away. The indoor lazy river pool is a huge hit - and clean and maintained. The outdoor pool is BEACHFRONT..almost in the sand its so well located.The few times we have stayed there the staff was always above and beyond helpful.
Downfalls - The A/C units could use an upgrade and the breakfast spot needs some decor upgrades but the food is REAL (not ”pretend scrambled eggs” ) and well prepared and service is good. I wouldn't consider it a ”Luxury” hotel and the seasonal prices are equal to the fancy competitors but I guess that depends on how you define luxury - my daughter would choose this hotel over the new Hilton without question.

Der Service Rezeption wie auch Zimmerservice war Top. Lage hervorragend. Ausstattung Badezimmer perfekt.
