"Highly recommended, the room is large and clean! Close to the city center, great service!
Worth recommending, quiet, the breakfast is super big and delicious! Will stay here again next time!"
"Very satisfied with the stay, the hotel has just been renovated, about 5-10 minutes walk from the union station, turn left from the station gate and turn left, you can see it from afar, very conspicuous. The front desk is on the 2nd floor. If the night arrives too late, you need to press the intercom outside the main entrance of the 1st floor to let the front desk open. A few front desks are very welcoming, not a super metropolis hotel is not the same. Breakfast is similar to other hotels, that is, many things need to be heated by themselves, which is very interesting. There is also a canteen at the front desk, and snacks are big. My room is equipped with a microwave and a large fridge. The windows in the room need to be opened before the main power switch of the door is opened. When I left, let the front desk help me find the rental, and the rental fee was reasonable, very good."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding and the facilities were beautiful. We shared a meal at the breakfast and it was quite nice."

"The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, very suitable for work, vacation and leisure. The environment is clean and tidy and very quiet.
The downside is that you have to pay for parking, and guests who drive themselves have to pay extra. But the front desk guy is very good and helped me waive it this time.
The location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient
The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is relatively stable."
"The room was great, and the facilities were excellent too. I had to catch a flight at 3 AM, and due to a payment issue, I couldn't book a taxi. A young lady at the front desk, working the night shift, kindly helped me communicate with a driver waiting outside. He drove me to the airport, and I'm incredibly grateful for her service. She's a truly kind person.
For some reason, my flight didn't take off. I kept trying to call the hotel's front desk, but couldn't get through. Around 7 AM, I asked Trip.com if they could contact the hotel to see if I could extend my stay in the same room and check in early. I was willing to pay extra. When I got back to the hotel, I spoke to an older woman at the front desk, who had just started her shift. She said I had to book first before she could tell me if early check-in was possible. I explained that if early check-in was an option, I would book another night. She refused, and it became a frustrating loop where I couldn't book a room. Trip.com customer service was very proactive in trying to contact the hotel for me, but they only got through once in three hours. I mentioned that there was always someone at the front desk, so I still don't understand why the calls weren't going through. Big thanks to Trip.com.
In the end, I went to another hotel nearby. The front desk staff there were incredibly nice and allowed me to check in early. They also told me that the woman at the other hotel's front desk, who said I had to book first to check on early check-in, was completely out of line."
"Perfect location for work at the conference centre. Rooms are clean and a good size. Hotel has required amenities and the staff are lovely. Would stay again if I was in the city. The sunset view from the room is quite good too!"

Amazing
GGuest UserVery nice room , good price and close to CPK stadium ( we came for a KC Current game)and other points of interest. Also close to dining options and had good on site parking. Accommodated our requests for river view and early check-in.
YYINGJIEParking in the underground parking lot is very convenient. Talk to the front desk when you check out. There is no charge when you leave the garage. The hotel lobby is not bad, the rooms are relatively old, but the hotels in the central cities of the United States are almost not old. The room was quite large, the air conditioning was very noisy, and when it didn't stop, the cold wind was blown for a while and the hot wind was blown for a while. I booked a room with breakfast, but at the end of the day breakfast was still charged separately, and I was drunk. The quality of reception staff at the reception varies, and there are a few female receptionists who come here for a while, business operations are unskilled, and their attitudes are very general.
Ggmartin212This is a very good location for downtown K.C. The hotel lobby very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were very good. The only complaint here was that the attached bar was very loud and the restaurant ambiance could be redesigned to be more comfortable and intimate. There was a group of about eight people at a large table near us that were having load discussion that was distracting for us but dealt with it.
The room was small but the renovation was very nice, bathroom was big with a nice tub/shower that my wife enjoyed a epsom salt soak. My only complaints are that there is no fridge or microwave to heat coffee. Also, they use the old style coffee two cup coffee maker as most hotels have now gone to keurigs. The hallway noise is very noticeable and the room-to-room noise is as well. We could literally hear the conversation in the next room. One thing that I really dislike is the lack of a ”do not disturb” card for the door and as expected, the housekeeper was knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. to clean the room even though checkout is at noon! I'm sure there are much better and newer hotels but if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay in the heart of downtown K.C. this is a good choice.
ZZHENG YAOHotel facilities are very new. Convenient transportation, the diagonal team is the train station and the free city tram. The three floors downstairs are shopping malls, eating, drinking and having fun. In particular, the quality of hotel staff is high and the service is good.
GGuest UserThis hotel is in the area near where I needed to be this weekend and it was clean. I will be staying again as I will need to return to the area.
I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks!
Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.
GGuest UserThe friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended
GGuest UserStay was ok for one night. Not a great example of a 21C in my opinion. Room was clean and spacious, but literally 3 steps away from elevator so I heard the ”ding” all night, and the bar dumped their glass bottles into a dumpster outside, on the same side as rooms, which was very loud. I had to call to get shampoo and soap, as there were none in room when I checked in. Drinks in bar are phenomenal - they are truly artists - and was the highlight of the stay.
GGuest UserThe front desk service of the hotel is of five-star standard, and the attitude is in place. The hotel is elegantly decorated. It is located in the center of Kansas City. It is one of the oldest five-star hotels in downtown. It is conveniently located near various service and entertainment venues around it. There is a market inside the hotel.
