Was here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are. The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

The room has a kitchen, you can cook, and the kitchenware is clean. The bathroom is white, which looks clean, but the air conditioning and toilet facilities are very old. The air conditioning faces the big bed and is covered with thick dust. Fortunately, it doesn't need to be turned on in this season. I originally booked here to wash and dry clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were too dirty and I didn't dare to use them. It was not quiet at night, there was a factory noise, and the sound of planes taking off and landing was quite loud at dawn. The parking lot charges $15 a day. The overall stay experience was average.

The location was convenient and it was great for travelers with a car to park, because you can take the car out if you like or just leave it parked. We were able to walk to our dinner one of the nights and it was only a short drive for breakfast. I loved the balcony, it was the best way to enjoy the winter sun.

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay. At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water. Good and clean hotel. Rooms look newly renovated and were comfortable and spacious even when we had 2 big luggages. We had a car so going around the city wasn't difficult for us and the location was decent. Waffle machine at breakfast was a nice and different addition which we enjoyed. Would recommend

Hotel was very clean, and I have high standards! Staff was friendly and helpful. As another reviewer stated, this is not a luxury hotel, but it did provide very comfortable accommodations in a wonderful location near the beach in Santa Barbara. It even provided a covered parking spot for my car!

There is a buffet in the afternoon. There is wine and fruit biscuit cheese. Very good. The room was very very clean. The bedding is soft. The room is small, and the family recommends a large room type. 2 minutes walk from the train station.

Motel 6 is a chain brand. There are three in Santa Barbara. Please check the address when booking. I made the mistake of booking this one. I drove to the beach ten kilometers away and found out I had made the mistake. Overall the rooms are quite decent, a little compact but have all the necessary facilities. It takes about ten minutes to drive to the beach. There is free hot water and instant coffee at the front desk. There is plenty of parking space for each room and there is a swimming pool.
