Friendly receptionist even when I checked in nearing midnight, and the room was perfectly located very near St Pancras - ideal for solo travellers who need a quick stop for the night. Room was comfortable and clean.

The room was incredibly small, just barely enough for one person. The location was excellent though, right by King's Cross Station, and I could see trains from my window. The breakfast was decent, taste-wise it was okay, and adding it on-site cost £8 per person. My friend really appreciated the 24-hour hot water, coffee, and tea available in the hotel lobby.

It's very close to King's Cross, about a 6-7 minute walk. Public transport is super convenient. However, there are a lot of bars nearby, and after 10 PM, the area fills with street people and hobos, so it's best not to go out alone. There's an Express supermarket, McDonald's, and KFC nearby (though I'd advise against KFC, too many 'brothers' and the Indian staff are incredibly slow with orders). The environment and cleanliness are on par with a typical 3-star chain hotel in China. The rooms are a bit small, but still better than what you'd find in Japan.

The location is great, very close to both the train and bus stations. The room was clean and comfortable, and there's free coffee downstairs. We stayed here for 7 days. Upon check-in, the front desk told us to inform them before 12 PM if we wanted the room cleaned, and indeed, every time we asked, it was cleaned. The downside is that the room is very small! Very small! On the first day, there were two bottles of mineral water in the room, but after that, there were none, even though we stayed for 7 days! Another issue is that the hotel charged us a £101.25 deposit, and it still hasn't been refunded, even a month after we returned home. I just emailed the hotel, as Ctrip told me to contact the hotel directly to get it back. 😂

The room isn't huge, but that's good for London, and the location is very convenient.

The room was small, with a great location that made it easy to walk to the nearby station. Overall, still a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Staying just one night for an early morning Eurostar train. It locates in a convenient area for food, shopping, and transport. Room is on the small cozy side, but sufficient for a short stay.

Pros: The surrounding area is quiet and safe. It's very close to the metro and train stations. Breakfast was acceptable. Areas for improvement: The room was really small; aside from the bed, there was hardly any space to stand. The bathroom was also tiny. But then again, everything in the UK seems miniature. You need to inform the front desk in advance if you want your room cleaned. The breakfast was the same every day; a little variety would be nice.

The room is pretty clean and new. Even though it is pretty small but we never expected it to be spacious anyway as we prefer small and cozy one. Window, bed, shower room and lighting are all great! The location is perfect easy to walk around and very near King's Cross station. Free coffee and tea at the cafe' across the entrance hall is a plus. Nice space to sit it. Recommended for people who don't need spacious room.

Services was acceptable. Breakfast was ok with limited choices.
