The staff is kind. It’s next to the Mekong River, but that’s why it’s a little noisy. It would be nice if you’re alone or as a couple and not recommended for families.

The staff took good care of me. I got a room on the roadside. Below, I could see the Mekong River on the other side. It was convenient to travel to the morning market, the night market, and to give alms in the morning. It was close to tourist attractions, so I could walk around comfortably.

Very close to the Mekong River, you can relax on the balcony of your room. However, it is only open until 1:30pm, after which it gets hot in the sun. There is a city bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is convenient.

Because my friend selected this hotel in advance, we also stayed here. The place marked Lan Kham Riverside Hotel on Google Maps is actually this hotel. The rooms upstairs are relatively small, and the two rooms on the ground floor are slightly larger, but the bathroom facilities are a bit old. Someone at the front desk can speak some Chinese, which is a plus.

The first row of river views, the view and location are great, and it's within walking distance of the French Street Palace.
