After the craziness of Cairo it was nice to walk into a place that felt more relaxed and homely. The staff were all very kind. Best part about this place was the food. The cook went above and beyond to cater for us. Very large portions at a reasonable price. Would recommend if you’re after somewhere more budget with a homely feel.

The hotel has a good location. The room was not luxurious but reasonably clean. Hot water comes out well and AC works well. The biggest reason to choose this hotel is that the staff are very friendly. Also the breakfast was reasonably good. After a hot day of travel, it's great to swim in the pool. The boss of the hotel offered an affordable tour, which I liked very much. I want to say thank you.

Upon check in I was charged by USD. But I informed them that I’m from country not using USD. Ok, they convert to be Egyptian pond. The location is good. Breakfast is ok but not variety. The room is good for the price as I paid.

Room is ok I booked King bed I got twin beds… I requested room with good view but I got room with blocked view. My friend no requested for nice view, they got a good view Pyramid view. I don’t know how they worked. The food so bad, I ordered seafood pizza, I got pizza with awful shrimps and crab. It’s not nice. Upon check out the reception offered taxi to the airport at 50 USD, quite expensive. I used Uber only 250 Egyptian ponds. I have no idea this country they trying to cheat on you every single time.Kind of dishonest always. Please don’t trust anything, just check before confirm. Step out from hotel, you will see plenty of a lot of taxi making you so stressed and annoying. Thank you

Nice place to stay with very relaxing gardens after a long day of touring, the hotel could do with an uplift. Shower didn’t really work and just felt dated and a bit uncared for A has great potential.

I arrived at midnight, but the reception still wait for me. And they offer lots of suggestion and help during my day trip to Karnak Temple. The room is clean and the price is fair. Really nice breakfast served with Ommelete and coffee, and traditional Egyptian food. if hair dryer needed, ask the reception :)

Very good service, the boss is very enthusiastic, you can book a hot air balloon at the hotel, 1500 Egyptian pounds, the price is OK

Even though I turned the air conditioner down to 20°C, the room never got cool. This was the worst. My friend slept in the bed under the air conditioner, and I was so hot that I had to sleep on the floor. The water was very lukewarm. There was no cold water. The refrigerator wouldn't cool at all. Also, when I tried to check in, for some reason they said I didn't have a reservation, which made me panic.

Great location. Quiet and beautiful place, private territory. The staff is very polite. Good breakfasts, buffet. Special thanks to the cooks, it's so nice, they cook an omelet in a frying pan especially for you. Everything is so easy and unobtrusive. We came to Luxor to fly on balloons and we were offered a very good price. Everything went great. Positive impressions remained.

The hotel is not far from the two temples and can be reached on foot. I checked in early so I could rest. They also warmly invited me to have an extra breakfast. There were staff at the front desk to meet me for the hot air balloon activity in the morning, which was very thoughtful.

The location is very good, very close to Luxor Temple. There are many fruits for breakfast, which can meet the needs of travelers.
