Macau Cotai Hotels

An excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is simple but impeccably clean. They even thoughtfully provide power outlets compatible with mainland China plugs, so you won't need to worry if you forget your adapter.

Usually i dont make comments on here. But my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. I want to share with you all. I came for the show which was held at Macao outdoor performance venue. When we checked in, the staff at front desk was nice and friendly. We checked in at around 4pm, probably most of the rooms are occupied. Since we had made a request of high floor and non smoking one, he tried to look for a better room for us. Finally he assigned a room that far from lift and non smoking one which was located at middle floor after getting our consent. 'When we went into the room, we were surprised that we could see the venue from our window! And we could also see planes and the airport! The condition of the hotel and room looked quite new and clean. In our bathroom, there was a double basin! there was hand wash gel and i liked that aroma! The hotel is connected to a shopping mall. You may go thru the shopping mall to go to the venue easily. And there is a restaurant in the shopping mall operating around the clock which gave us a convenience after the show. There was also a room with vending machines and ice making machines on out floor. The price there was not rocket high. It is even cheaper than the one from the convenient store at the shopping mall lol The bed and pillows were cozy. You may also adjust the temperature and fan speed of the Air conditioner. After we checked out, we wanted to keep the luggage. Front desk staff was helpful and attentive, approached me before i made any request. And one of the concierge was always smiley, cheerful and friendly (i m sorry i didnt check your name tag but you were the one who passed me my luggage when i claimed it) Overall, it was a good experience. I hope the hotel may keep their good work.

First thank you to the receptionist (Pan/Fan) for a free upgrade to a suite, and for a complimentary wine to celebrate my birthday, and to the (2) bellman 1st one who sang for me and the other who assisted me on the way to my suite. Also big thank you to Niraj Jung (the R.A) for making my room and my birthday a little extra :) I appreciate the decorations and it really made me so happy. Thank You Broadway Macau for a well spend staycation, truly a great choice to relax and celebrate my birthday with you. I will definitely comeback again. ✨✨✨⭐️⭐️

For this trip to Macau, I once again chose the Grand Hyatt Macau. Everything had been fine until an unpleasant incident occurred after we checked out. After checking out on Friday, we received a call from the hotel on Saturday afternoon, claiming we had consumed a can of Red Bull from the room's mini-bar. We were completely baffled, as we never touched anything in the mini-bar. The customer service representative said they would double-check. They called back a second time, suggesting we might have consumed a Red Bull and then replaced it with one we bought outside, implying it was a different version from their original stock. This made us even more perplexed. Throughout our five-day stay, the only thing we put in the mini-bar was a 'Cha Pai' drink we bought outside to chill. The Cha Pai drink was in a plastic bottle, and we placed it in the upper compartment of the mini-bar to chill, never even touching the drink compartment below. I'd really like to ask your housekeeping department: aren't these claims completely baseless? Their final solution was to waive the Red Bull charge, but the problem is we never touched it in the first place, so how can something be 'waived' if it was never incurred? It's absolutely infuriating; I'm being put in a position where my clear explanation seems to carry no weight.

The room was spacious, new, and decorated in an ocean theme, exuding luxury yet elegance – perfect for photos, as shown. The bed, bathroom, and tea bar amenities were excellent, and I appreciated not needing an adapter for charging, with USB ports readily available. The minibar included a complimentary drink, a standard offering at Grand Lisboa Hotels, with no extra charge. The room layout was well-designed and practical; the luggage area had two stands, ideal for couples or families. We requested a smoking room, and it did have a smoke smell, but when we called room service, they immediately brought a high-powered air purifier. Keeping it on significantly alleviated most of the odor. The sky garden on the third floor was very picturesque. It was a shame we missed the afternoon 'Alice in Wonderland' themed performance and interactive session. Breakfast was crowded, and the Chinese options were decent, but the Western desserts and various teas were superb. Getting to the 'three people' area (referring to the main tourist area perhaps) was a bit far on foot, requiring a taxi. However, Wynn Palace was only a 10-minute walk away. Compared to that main area, this hotel has the New Yaohan department store and a large supermarket nearby. Stocking up on food, drinks, and daily necessities here was incomparably cheaper than in the main tourist spots, which is incredibly convenient for families with children and couples on a budget. Next to the supermarket, the Grand Lisboa Palace Food Court offers 'Wing Kee Beef Offal' and a delicious, generously portioned pork chop bun shop, along with Cantonese BBQ and Southeast Asian cuisine. It felt a bit cheaper than the Venetian Food Court, and it was spacious, less crowded, and peaceful. We booked one night because the room rate was cheap, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's perfect for combining with another hotel in Macau to enrich your travel experience and ease your wallet. Highly recommended! Almost forgot to mention, there's a local culture and history exhibition on the third floor called 'Lisboa: A Story of Macau,' which is definitely worth a visit! For most people, it's more worthwhile than the Picasso exhibition. 😎

I recently experienced The L'Occitane Hotel at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! 📍**Location & Transportation** While it's not in the city's core, getting around is a breeze. After taking a car to Grand Lisboa Palace, a 3-5 minute walk through the indoor, fully air-conditioned 'Macau Palace' walkway takes you directly to the hotel – no sun exposure at all! There's also a free shuttle bus right outside that goes straight to Wynn Palace, making exploring Cotai hassle-free. 🍳**Breakfast** The hotel breakfast is average. I'd recommend trying the options at the nearby Grand Lisboa Palace instead: - 'The Tea House' opens at 10 AM, serving authentic Cantonese dim sum. - 'The Buffet' offers excellent value for money with its breakfast deals. Inside The Macau Palace, you'll also find various noodle stalls and food stands, offering more down-to-earth local choices. 🌟**Highlights** 1️⃣ A full set of L'Occitane amenities! The shower gel and body lotion are of high quality, and you can even call the front desk for another complimentary set. 2️⃣ Excellent soundproofing ensures a quiet room, perfect for a good night's sleep. 3️⃣ Don't miss these spots downstairs: ☕️Momokawa Coffee – A hidden gem for specialty coffee in Macau, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. 🍦Cotiz Double Skin Milk Ice Cream – Rich milky flavor and silky smooth texture. Highly, highly recommend! 💡**Summary** With its convenient transportation, immersive L'Occitane experience, and great surrounding dining options, this is a unique hotel in Macau offering excellent value for money. Just remember to plan your breakfast choices in advance and make good use of the free transportation to easily explore Cotai.

Above normal 5 star service. From check in to check out all staff are very friendly. Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room) When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast. In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service. Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable.

The public areas were impeccably clean, with constant mopping and cleaning, which was particularly noticeable and appreciated during the rainy days we experienced. The supermarket, pharmacy, and jewelry shops located downstairs were incredibly convenient. It’s fantastic for families with children, as you don't need to step outside the hotel to access everything. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was fully stocked with everything one could need for snacks and beverages, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and well-thought-out. The only minor drawback was the location; it felt a little off the beaten path, and the immediate surroundings outside the hotel weren't particularly bustling. However, it was a short walk to The Parisian and The Londoner. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future! One regret was that the 'Figure 8' Ferris Wheel was closed due to a typhoon warning and rain.

It's very clean and big. Also very convenient to see major attractions. My kids really enjoyed well in the swimming pool and water park. Food court and many restaurants were easily accessible. Overall very good stay.

I booked the Macau Palace themed room because my 2.5-year-old daughter loves Cony the rabbit. The room wasn't big but it was very whimsical and kid-friendly. Other than that, there aren't many positives. The location isn't great; it's relatively remote, and the area around the hotel is very sunny with almost no shade. The room amenities were also quite stingy; for a family room, there wasn't even a snack corner, and the children's toiletries weren't from a well-known brand. I booked a king-size bed because I was traveling with a child, but they didn't offer or provide an upgrade. Thankfully, there was a bed rail, but it was very short, and I was constantly worried she'd fall out of bed in the middle of the night. All in all, I wouldn't book this hotel again; the experience wasn't good, and there's nothing fun to do near the hotel.
