We stayed at three different Hyatt hotels during our trip in Mainz and Frankfurt, and while all of them were very good, the best one of our journey was Brunfels. The service was excellent — the receptionist was always helpful and greeted us warmly each time. Our room came with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Been staying here every chance we get coming to mainz . Great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always very clean . Thank you to all concerned helping me enjoy my stay in this lovely hotel.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Mainz. The decor of the lobby is beautiful as well as the decor of the room. The staff at the front desk makes you feel welcomed which is very important in my opinion.

호텔은 너무 깨끗하고, 주차장도 편리했고 침대와 침구류도 너무 좋았습니다. 단, 수건은 좀 누렇고 뻣뻣하고 다른것들의 컨디션에 비해 별로였습니다. 다른건 다 만족했습니다

역에서 조금 걸어야 하는 거리. 그러나 구시가지 관광하기 좋고 조용하고 깨끗한 호텔.. 미니바 무료이며 조식 괜찮고 식당직원 상당히 친절함. 보증금제도가 있는 호텔. 체크아웃할때 본인이 먼저 보증금 반환요구할 필요있음.
