"Overall, our stay was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quality of our room was below par. Water damage within the walls was painted over. Paid parking for a subpar parking lot was not worth the $10 a day. The amenities was great though! Love the front desk staff! They were very enjoyable!"

"The good: very clean and great location. Mall, restaurants, clothes and grocery stores near by.
The Bad: the woman working overnight at the front desk was rude and seemed hating her job. The day shift staff were very nice though.
The ugly: 1. Worst pillows ever, just awful. Small in size and filled with pieces of some hard marble-feeling material; felt like sleeping on stones. 2. Strong nauseating smell of Raid the ant and roach killer in hallways. 3. Walls ( especially in the bathroom) were old with pieces falling off."

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were amazing. The only thing that would discourage me from staying again is the location of the hotel. It’s in a suburb far from any type of tourist attraction."

"The feel of the property is welcoming from the time one enters the lot. Nestled away from the busy Midlothian Turnpike traffic, one would hardly believe there’s a bustling metropolis beyond the trees! The staff was attentive and the attentions to COVID-19 guidelines was so on point. The room was meticulously cleaned. The noon check out was a godsend.
