Dalian Mountain view Hotels

I booked late, so I could only get a Quiet Room. The room was very clean, and the bedding was excellent. The front desk service was also good. This hotel has been open for many years. There are private rooms upstairs and a buffet downstairs. It's very close to the beach, and the Tongniu Mountain Scenic Area is right next to it. Overall, it was a great experience.

For its hardware and room conditions, it's a decent budget hotel. Room hygiene was fine, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and polite. What was terrible, however... Yesterday, I saw several badly damaged work overalls hanging in the laundry room, and some of the washer-dryers were occupied by these clothes with no one tending to them. The hygiene in the laundry room can only be described as disgusting. We washed our clothes and were waiting for them to dry, and waited, and waited... until a group of Indians came to deal with these work overalls... Honestly, I was really frustrated. I've thought about people washing underwear and socks in the washing machines, but I never expected Indians to be using them too. I quickly took my clothes out and ended up re-washing and drying them at a different hotel the next day. Actually, it's not the hotel's fault that there were Indians there; the hotel can't really do anything about it. But if I had known beforehand, I would rather have let my clothes smell than wash them there. Oh, and someone was smoking in the elevator, and then that person even threw the cigarette butt out of the elevator onto the floor... Truly shocking...

First, the pros: The location is excellent, right in Donggang, next to Venice. You can walk to several popular spots nearby, feed seagulls, and it's very convenient to call a taxi. The concierge staff at the entrance were all fantastic, helping with car doors, closing them, and handling luggage. The front desk staff who checked me in also gave a detailed heads-up about the hot water usage. They even sent a birthday cake, which was a lovely gesture, but unfortunately, I came back too late that night and couldn't eat it. Room service for deliveries was also available. Now, for the cons: It's definitely not a traditional five-star hotel as there's no pool or bathtub. And honestly, the water heater really needs an upgrade. When four people took turns showering in the evening, we had to wait at least an hour or more between each person.

The best hotel of our trip, absolutely loved it! The design is just incredible. **Location:** Since I was traveling with my 12-year-old, convenience to attractions was a key factor. I hadn't really researched it when booking, but after staying, I found it super convenient for getting to the nearby Forest Zoo (I'll write a separate guide for that later), Lotus Mountain, Haida Tunnel, Cross-sea Bridge, and Xinghai Square. **Environment:** Built on Lotus Mountain with unique architecture, so the views and scenery are unparalleled. **Facilities:** The room and amenities were all very complete. The only downside was that there was an event in the sky garden one night, so we couldn't enjoy the night view, but otherwise everything was great. **Pool:** I went for a swim every day. It was great for exercise and I could also use the steam room, which was very relaxing. **Gym:** Lots of equipment, but not many people actually working out – more guests were there for a holiday. **Shuttle service from the foot of the mountain:** Very convenient! Although the journey isn't far, it saved a lot of time and effort. There were always hotel guests waiting there. **Hotel photoshoot (3 retouched digital photos, requires 24-hour advance booking):** We did this on our last morning, and it was incredibly efficient! Started shooting at 9 AM, finished by 9:20 AM (we couldn't shoot outdoors due to the weather). We then waited 5-10 minutes to choose the photos. Every shot was beautiful, and I reluctantly paid extra for 10 more. **Breakfast:** Very extensive, and the specialty sea buns and 'dirty' buns were absolutely delicious! **To sum it up:** You get what you pay for!

It was a perfect trip. I wanted to go to Lushun to go shopping. I took the light rail terminal to see the sea. It was very close to the World Peace Park. Although it was late, the park was still lively. The sea was clear and there was no smell of the sea. The store upgraded the room type and turned on the air conditioner in advance. Let the fatigue of the journey sweep away in the cool. In the morning, I looked at Fang Fei on the edge of the villa, the large bathtub floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sea view smelled the flowers. The room is so big, especially when sitting down at the side table on the first floor, I feel like singing a song ”Night on the Outskirts of Moscow”. The flowers in front of the door bloom like a brocade, the green apple exhibition is like a green jade, and the home is very delicious with a single mountain and water.

The trip turned out to be an unexpected delight! The photography opportunities were fantastic; the overall color scheme and aesthetic were incredibly photogenic. Our room featured panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with a direct sea view – waking up to that was absolutely wonderful! Due to a wedding banquet, dining in the main restaurant wasn't possible, but they thoughtfully delivered lunch to our room. The overall environment was spotless, though with a predominantly white decor, a bit of dust was perhaps more noticeable than ideal. However, the incredible atmosphere and relaxed vibe here more than made up for this minor point! I'll definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish and we have no regrets about cancelling our other booking to come here! The hotel is newly opened (under the Huazhu group) and located right next to Hanting, so everything feels fresh and modern. The facilities are brand new, and the room matched the description perfectly. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming, and the welcome fruits were such a lovely touch. A big thank you to the entire team at Orange for making our trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and well-designed. The ground-floor room comes with a lovely private courtyard where you can sit or lie down, facing the sea which is just 100 meters away – truly a perfect 'staring-at-the-sea' room. You can even walk directly from your courtyard in your bikini to go beachcombing or swimming. There are plenty of complimentary snacks in the room. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The room was clean, the internet was stable, and the location was convenient. It was especially pleasant to take a walk on the beach after a business trip. Compared to previous hotels, it was much cleaner. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel for business.

The hotel on the golf course feels that it is mainly prepared for guests who come to play golf overnight. It is written as a five-star, but the facilities are actually a bit old. Facing the side of the course, the view is invincible, it is worth a trip for one night alone. The price is also very reasonable. The manager is very enthusiastic. Breakfast is a set meal, relatively simple and tastes good. The room is large, with a balcony and a bathtub. There is free bottled water, because it is a small bottle, so four bottles were given. Later, two bottles were sent. Insufficient: 1. The hot water flow in the shower is too small and the water temperature is low. The traffic below is a bit noisy in the morning.
