This B&B is truly a hidden treasure! Lucky we found this place. The whole environment is very comfortable and warm. A rare European country style. The beautiful housekeeper sister was very enthusiastic and said that the boss was built by overseas Chinese who returned from Russia. He said that Chongming is very suitable for replicating European pastoral manor, and many of the furniture come from Europe. The large lawn of the entire manor, the independent concert hall by the river, the colorful toilets in the room, and the colorful wild flowers, especially the fragrance of osmanthus all over the yard, are very comfortable, just like vacationing in Europe.... The room is very clean, the bed It was also very comfortable, especially the green wood on the roof which made us very relaxed. The environment of the manor is very good, the air in the surrounding environment is very good, and I heard the chirping of birds in the morning. The location of the B&B is very convenient and very close to tourist attractions. When we left, the boss played us a song about Moscow at night on the German piano in the concert hall. It was great!! I really like the new style. I highly recommend this music manor!

The room was quiet and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking trees, which was incredibly comfortable and pleasant – completely exceeding my expectations! 👍👍👍 The service was also excellent. We stayed here specifically to visit Disneyland, and took the hotel shuttle both ways. Taking the first shuttle at 6:15 AM got us to the park entrance very early, so even without an early entry pass, we rode the Tron Lightcycle Power Run with no queue at all. The last shuttle back at 10:10 PM meant we could watch the fireworks show without feeling rushed.

I stayed at Shanghai Xiyuan Boutique B&B last weekend for a triathlon competition. This is one of the best homestays I have ever stayed in. It feels like at home, the boss and staff are as enthusiastic as my family. They came to pick me up from the airport late at night, very intimate. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious, so I had a good start to the day. The environment of the homestay is very beautiful and quiet. It is a good place away from a busy life. If you come to Shanghai, whether it is a game, work or rest, I highly recommend this homestay. It's really like a warm home. I stayed at Shanghai Xiyuan Boutique Homestay over the weekend while participating in a triathlon competition, and it was truly one of the most wonderful homestay experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived—greeted with a thoughtful late-night airport pickup—I felt like I was part of an extended family rather than just a guest. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Each morning began with a delicious and thoughtfully prepared breakfast, which gave me the perfect start to the day. What really sets this place apart is its peaceful, beautifully designed environment. It’s a quiet sanctuary—a perfect escape from the hectic pace of daily life. Whether you’re in Shanghai for an event, work, or simply to unwind, I can't recommend this homestay highly enough. It truly felt like a home away from home.
