On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. I have to especially commend Julie at the front desk; her meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The rooms also come with air conditioning, providing both cooling and heating. When checking in, they even gave us yogurt, which is a special handmade yogurt from Qinghai and tastes exceptionally good. The hotel's smart speaker can control the lighting, which is very atmospheric. My check-in experience was very satisfying, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip. The hotel's facilities are all very new, and I'll recommend it to my colleagues. It's rare to find hotels with air conditioning in Sydney, so I was very pleased with this choice. The independent air conditioning, not central, was great. The inward-opening window with a screen was perfect for keeping out bugs. The automatic toilet didn't splash, which was also a plus. However, the duvet was way too thick! Considering it's summer, the duvet thickness should be adjusted for different seasons; a summer comforter would be much better. Otherwise, I literally woke up sweating in the middle of the night!

The transportation is very convenient, and it's very close to the Qinghai Museum! However, it takes too long for the shower to get hot water, and the drain is too slow, causing water to overflow into the vanity area!

Hygiene is up to par; there are no noticeable odors or stains in public areas or the guest room, and daily cleaning is well-maintained. The price is very reasonable, offering good value for money compared to other places in the same area and category. It's ideal for short stays or business trips.

Came here for the May Day holiday. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and many day tours meet up here. I probably booked early, because the price was great too. All sorts of facilities are available, including a weighing scale, safe, and bathrobes. The disposable toiletries are very convenient, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel reception is upstairs, and you can store luggage on the first floor, even for free before and after check-in. There are also public seats and restrooms on the first floor, which is very handy.

This hotel is at the good location . There are bus stop which be very near with this hotel . The bedroom is very clean and very high quality ( 4 stars hotel , AAAA for me ) But the price is not expensive, I recommend everyone to stay here . Thank you for hotel staff . Everyone of hotel staff are helpful , polite and professional staff . I may come back to stay here again in the future if I have opportunities. Because I am very convenient and comfortable , so I am very happy to stay in this high quality hotel .
