I stayed there on the first day, arriving at night. It took about 10 minutes dragging my suitcase from the station. I arrived after 10:30 pm. The rooms were arranged around the kitchen/living room, and each room had its own bathroom, so I was happy to be able to use them without worrying about crowds. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is a bit far from Yunxi Station. If you have large luggage, it will be difficult because there are some steep slopes. There are some restaurants nearby, including CU, which are all closed after 9:00 pm.
At the same time, the surrounding area will be relatively desolate. It is a new hotel and very quiet.
It is inconvenient to eat and drink while living here.
The hotel is very clean and there are good toiletries in the bathroom.
There is a lot of hot water, the heating in the room is very good, and the floor heating is also good.
Breakfast provides general supermarket toast, jam, cream, and coffee instant bars.
After leaving the next day, we called Uber to drop off at the airport.

I was wondering what it would be like since it's a guesthouse, but there was a shower and toilet in the room (it's all in one, so the toilet gets wet when you shower) and the room was clean!! The owner was also kind. There is a microwave in the common area, so you can buy food to heat up and eat! There is no refrigerator in the room. There are no toothbrushes, so it's best to bring your own. (There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower room.) It's far from the nearest station, so I couldn't walk in the hot sun, so I took the bus. The bus fare seems to be a flat rate of 15,000 won. (You pay when you get on, and there's no change, so it's best to pay by touching your card)

Xiner2The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street.
The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻
Overall, it was a good stay!

Initially, I was a bit worried about staying alone in Incheon instead of Seoul for a concert. Since I didn't book a hotel right away, I had to look beyond the venue area. A friend recommended a place near Unseo Station, and honestly, Ann Guesthouse wasn't my first choice, but it was the only option within my budget at the time. It turns out, I made the right bet. Choosing Ann Guesthouse was one of my best decisions.
Firstly, from Unseo Station, you can catch a direct bus to Munhak Stadium. Plus, Unseo Station has two Olive Young stores, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, making it super convenient. While the guesthouse is a bit of a walk from the station, it only felt long on the first day when I was completely unfamiliar with the area. The guesthouse's location is close enough to the station but also away from the hustle and bustle, providing a very quiet and pleasant environment.
The owner was incredibly helpful, whether it was for early check-in, storing luggage after check-out, or helping me look up transportation. The friendly proprietress always responded with a smile. The room was clean and quiet, and all the amenities were complete, meeting the hardware standards of Korean guesthouses – everything you could think of was there. And because it's in Incheon, unlike Seoul, the rooms tend to be a bit more spacious.
During my stay, Korea entered its most beautiful autumn. When I wasn't rushing for a schedule, I would quietly walk around town, enjoy the scenery, and have a cup of coffee. It felt incredibly leisurely and comfortable. It's a place I'd be willing to stay at again if I had the chance, and I'd love to recommend it to my friends. If you have a basic understanding of Korean, you might find your stay even more relaxed and enjoyable there.

Guest UserThis hotel was absolutely perfect for my SBS concert trip! The owner is incredibly kind and speaks Chinese, so we could communicate via WeChat, and he always responded quickly. They offer free shuttle service to and from Inspire. On my second day, I had an afternoon flight, and they also took me to the beach and then Inspire, always right on time. After I finished at Inspire, they even brought my luggage directly to me and took me to the airport. I booked an airport transfer through them for 10,000 KRW, which is cheaper than a taxi and made things so much easier to arrange in advance.
After the concert, getting straight into a warm car was so comfortable. Back at the hotel, I asked the owner to help me order fried chicken – it was his recommendation and absolutely delicious, even better than Seoul's! It was delivered right to my room. I'm still craving that flavor! There's also a marinated crab restaurant right next to the hotel. I ordered a single set menu which included spicy stir-fried pork and soybean paste stew. Everything was so fresh, and even though I had a cold, eating it didn't bother me at all, haha. The staff were super nice and gave me complimentary tea.
**Environment:** The hotel is really good and very clean! It even has a large bathtub, which was perfect for soaking and relaxing after the concert.
If you're coming for a concert and have a flight the next day, definitely stay here. It's much more convenient than staying in Unseo.

lanyanshiA taxi to Inspire costs around 120. Yunxi is just about a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of eateries nearby, many of which stay open late into the night, making it perfect for a short stay, especially for fans. Rooms operate on a keyless entry system, so you'll use a passcode to get in.

Guest UserConsidering it’s price I paid for the last 7 days of staying in this hotel, it’s okay but a few things I like to mention are.., I am saying not because I am a picky person nor blame anyone.
Here are a few things; 1. There were no A/C available whole 7 days and nights so I was pretty hot. When I said to the front desk they said it’s not available at all. It was my first time experience in my life. 2. There were a couple of broken tiles near to the elevator were extremely dangerous because we were tripping on the uneven surface several times. I wondered why they just simply fixed it for safety. 3. Bathroom door was so noisy when I closed it because the hinges were so rusted. 4. The entire room was too dark for me to find out my belongings. 5. The shower curtain was way too short to block the water when I was taking a shower so the water splashing out especially when there were high glossy floor tiles.

The room was quite clean and even had a sea view; this hotel seems quite new. It's located on Wolmido Island in Incheon, right across from Incheon Airport. You can take Line 1 to Seoul Station, which takes a little over an hour.

kunirohaI stayed at this hotel to attend a live concert at Inspire Arena. The area lacks public transport and many dining options, but taxis were readily available and arrived promptly when called, so it wasn't an issue. I managed my meals at Inspire Arena, and with a convenience store right outside the hotel, I didn't experience any inconvenience. There was no bathtub, but the amenities were replenished daily. Since I was mostly just using the hotel for sleeping, it was perfectly adequate.
