GGuest UserA mountain-view room that purifies the soul. The air was fresh and humid after the rain. Swimming at the foot of the mountain was a great escape from the heat. Playful long-tailed macaques roam around. The security guards were also very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and a wonderful host – I accidentally left some personal belongings behind, and both the host and security guards promptly helped me communicate and retrieve them. Looking forward to enjoying life at The Cove again next time! ❤️⛰️

CCL FooLocation ok, except unfriendly security service at lobby. Only provide 1 parking lot, which is not convenient to a big family with children & elderly. Ants found crawling around living hall & kitchen.

GGuest UserThe decoration inside the hotel is very beautiful and you can take a lot of photos inside. There are counter staff during the day and guards at night. The room service takes an environmentally friendly approach, and many items will not be replaced unless you ask for it. What was a little unusual was that most hotels would help make the bed, but this was not the case during my stay. After returning to the room, I was confused as to whether anyone had come in to clean it.

CCatherine scI had a generally pleasant stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. A special mention to the security guard downstairs, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—so much so that it made showering quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, for a two-bedroom unit, only one access card was provided. This was quite inconvenient, as the card is required not only to enter the unit but also to use the elevator, making it challenging for multiple guests to move around freely. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and enjoyable in many aspects, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

EEstherA great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Just that if the group does not need the baby cot, can consider keeping it. As the room has some constrain. Shape of unit is long, with the baby cot, the room is a bit difficult for elderly to move. We let elderly have room with toilet.(main bed room) 3) nice view of Ipoh, easy to find unit. Never use facilities, so no comment on that. 4) Easy to find food nearby, short drive

TTerence Yong RenThe property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.
