YYuanbaodabaobeiI'm very satisfied with this hotel. First, the location is excellent; the subway station is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to Futian or Huanggang Port. Second, the service attitude is great; both the front desk and the housekeeping staff were lovely, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. They also offer breakfast and late-night snacks, which taste really good. I'll definitely come back again.

AAnonymous UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations and can best be described as a genuine âhome away from home.â It is rare to find a hotel that performs so well across comfort, service, location, and thoughtful details, and this experience left a very lasting impression.
First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everythingâfrom the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambienceâmade it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The dĂ©cor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve.
At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for.
I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation.
Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotelâs sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely wellâsomething I truly appreciated.
In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmasâthemed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise.
The hotelâs location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal.
In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floorâand Iâm very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule thereâit was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best Iâve had.
Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure.
Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay.
Overall, this hotel excels not only in facilities, but also in service quality and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Whether for business travel or a relaxing getaway, this is a hotel I would confidently recommend. It is absolutely a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

The bathroom mirror has a built-in light, and there's a smart toilet. The smart assistant is very convenient â no need to get out of bed to turn off the lights. The TV supports screen casting, and there are complimentary drinks. On the 14th floor, there's a gym and arcade machines. I specifically chose this hotel because it has self-service laundry with dryers, which is very handy. There are many dining options nearby, and transportation is very convenient.

The environment is stunning and offers ultimate privacy, with the clear blue sea and golden sand just a stone's throw away. The infinity pool is perfect for photos! The service was attentive and thoughtful, with personalized touches and prompt room service making every moment incredibly pleasant. A small incident occurred when a fire broke out early in the morning at the Vanke Tianqin Villa project across the way. My father, who was exercising on our sea-view balcony, happened to spot it and promptly called the fire department, which helped prevent significant damage.

The front desk staff was incredibly warm and helpful, proactively assisting with luggage throughout my stay and even kindly reminding me that the pool water was a bit cool, which was a very nice touch. The room featured a full smart home system, making it convenient and high-quality, resulting in a superb stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Whether for a trip or a short getaway, this is an excellent choice. I genuinely recommend it!

Every team member was gentle, patient, and quick to respond to any request, which made me feel truly cared for. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, the procedures were efficient and convenient, and my luggage arrived promptlyâno waiting around at all, which instantly boosted my travel mood. What really surprised me was the thoughtful upgrade I received. The upgraded room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and well-maintained, showing great attention to detail and quality. The hotel is located in the heart of Futian, making transportation incredibly convenient with shopping areas all around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's truly perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. My experience this time was a perfect 10, and it's now my go-to choice whenever I visit Shenzhen. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a peaceful location with beautiful views! A friendly, caring staff, the private beach was awesome (I wish there were sunbeds with umbrellas tho) and the food was great. The breakfast was a Chinese buffet so not really my thing but tasted really good! The room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities as promised. I guess it gets more lively during the season as everything closed pretty early when I was there. Overall a great stay!

Even though the staff only spoke Chinese and I only spoke English, we understood each other with smiles đ.

GGuest UserEven though check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at 3 PM and still had to wait another half an hour for the room to be ready. The cleanliness was just so-so; I'm not sure if the sheets were changed as they didn't smell freshly laundered. In the afternoon, there was renovation noise from upstairs, and even on the lowest volume, the TV was very loud. The only good thing was that there was plenty of hot water for showering.
