The room was excellent, and the surrounding area offered convenient transportation. There were also adorable kittens in the lobby, which were incredibly cute and charming. The facilities and equipment here were also very user-friendly and intelligently managed. Plus, there's a robot that delivers food, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick up your meals. It's incredibly practical and highly recommended!

I highly recommend Shenzhen Youlin Youth Hostel! It's perfect for solo male travelers coming to Shenzhen for job hunting or a short trip. The location is very close to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The community has strict security, and access is via a password lock, so you feel safe returning at night. The entire place is thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom has no odors, and the bedding is changed promptly, keeping the beds clean and fresh. Each bed has a blackout curtain, an independent power outlet, and a lockable cabinet, so you can draw the curtain for a private space and won't be disturbed. The common areas are equipped with a washing machine, hot water, tables, and chairs, making it easy for simple cooking or working. The owner is genuinely helpful and responds quickly to requests, even sharing tips on nearby commutes and good places to eat. Most of the other guests are quiet and reliable young people whose routines don't interfere with each other. The value for money is excellent, making it a top choice for short-term stays. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an was absolutely delightful, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic city night views, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The hotel staff, especially Sia, was incredibly warm and friendly, providing thoughtful and attentive service that truly catered to our every need. It was indeed five-star service. The swimming pool and gym facilities were also excellent, making it a great choice for a vacation in Shenzhen.

After washing my hair, it was so smooth I could film a commercial! Plus, there were smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control – just say ”turn on the lights” and the whole room brightens up. My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. The hotel's location is a big plus; it saves time commuting to meetings in nearby office buildings, and there are many quick meal options downstairs, which is convenient for late-night work. The soundproofing with the windows closed was good, and the internet connection was stable, ensuring smooth online meetings without any lag. The water flow in the bathroom was also consistent. Overall, it was a very hassle-free stay.

There are many shops and restaurants downstairs in the mall, so you don't have to worry about food, drinks, or transportation. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet comfortable setup. The bedding was excellent for sleeping, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered views of the Futian CBD city skyline. The bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was good. After a busy day, you can really get some good rest here. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were very efficient. The staff were gentle and polite, and they responded quickly to any requests. Overall, the value for money is great. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Futian!
