The soundproofing was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the metro made commuting very convenient; you could step right out and explore the ancient city. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. Afternoon tea was a great way to recharge, and if you came back late after a meeting, you could pick up a heartwarming late-night snack. The smart facilities were top-notch, with Xiao Du (AI assistant) controlling the entire room by voice, and a robot delivering meals. Self-service laundry and drying, a gym, and both Chinese and Western breakfast options were all available for use.

The hotel environment is pretty good. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The entire room features smart voice control, so you can tell 'Xiao Du' to turn on/off the lights or adjust the air conditioning. The bed was just the right firmness, the room was quiet, and drinks were complimentary. The front desk staff were also very attentive, making check-in efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Nanshan!

I especially want to thank Erick Lu, Mandy Li, and Cindy Long from the Executive Lounge for their attentive hospitality. The concierge also provided excellent assistance. The hotel is well-staffed, so even with a high volume of guests, they managed to serve everyone well, and service responses were very prompt. Overall, the service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. I had a truly pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate everyone's dedication. I look forward to my next visit!

Excellent stay – very pet-friendly and convenient! The front desk service was excellent – the staff were very accommodating and genuinely pet-friendly. We are extremely grateful for their supper late checkout ! Breakfast offered a good selection of Western pastries options to choose from. The swimming pool was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. Requests were handled promptly and efficiently. There are also plenty of self-service washing machines and dryers with large capacities – you can wash and dry a lot of clothes at once, and the dryers work very efficiently. The hotel layout is incredibly convenient. The car park, rooms, and laundry area are all on the same level, so you can get everything done without changing floors. The location is great too – about a 10-minute walk to a small pet-friendly beach where you can generally swim with your pets during the day. We'll definitely be back!

What truly surprised me was the thoughtful care provided by the Guest Relations team. The staff member I interacted with was warm and considerate. Being unfamiliar with the local area, I asked her for directions and she provided detailed guidance on unique and authentic places to visit and eat. She also efficiently arranged for my luggage to be stored temporarily, making the communication easy and comfortable without any awkward distance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and consistent quality, and staff throughout the dining area were polite and attentive. While standardized hardware is readily available everywhere, this kind of meticulous and heartfelt service is truly rare. On my next visit to Shenzhen, I will prioritize staying here again and will gladly recommend it to friends and family traveling to the city.

I highly recommend Shenzhen Youlin Youth Hostel! It's perfect for solo male travelers coming to Shenzhen for job hunting or a short trip. The location is very close to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The community has strict security, and access is via a password lock, so you feel safe returning at night. The entire place is thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom has no odors, and the bedding is changed promptly, keeping the beds clean and fresh. Each bed has a blackout curtain, an independent power outlet, and a lockable cabinet, so you can draw the curtain for a private space and won't be disturbed. The common areas are equipped with a washing machine, hot water, tables, and chairs, making it easy for simple cooking or working. The owner is genuinely helpful and responds quickly to requests, even sharing tips on nearby commutes and good places to eat. Most of the other guests are quiet and reliable young people whose routines don't interfere with each other. The value for money is excellent, making it a top choice for short-term stays. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen truly lives up to its reputation as a service supreme hotel. Not only is it the highest Mandarin Oriental in Shenzhen, but the service throughout my stay was impeccable. I was thrilled to find out on this business trip that I was staying at the same hotel as my idol, Mr. Andy Lau! Enjoying breakfast on the soaring 78th floor felt like being in a fairyland. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, and the turndown service was as thoughtful as ever. Room service was very responsive. The welcome fruit was fresh and seasonal, and knowing my child enjoyed it, they sent another portion early the next morning. The family-friendly setup was warm and appropriate, and the kids' activities were a lot of fun. Finally, the checkout staff were very polite, escorted me all the way downstairs, and had a record of all my previous requests. I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but I want to give them a big thumbs up here! It truly is my favorite hotel. While there are many luxury hotels, I particularly adore this one with its oriental charm. Mandarin Oriental will always be my first choice from now on! My only regret this time was that due to limited availability, I couldn't get an upgrade, and also, the welcome music was no longer ”Kangding Love Song.”

The surrounding area is well-developed, so whether I'm meeting clients or traveling to and from transport hubs, I don't have to spend a lot of time on the road. For tight business schedules, this saves a lot on commuting time. After adding Joy on WeChat, many minor issues didn't require a special trip to the front desk. If I needed to confirm information or coordinate simple requests, I could handle it directly online, without having to take time out of a busy schedule to go to the lobby, saving me the hassle of running back and forth. The room maintenance is quite good; it's always clean and tidy each time I check in. For short business trips, it's just a temporary stop for rest, and a consistent room condition helps avoid many unexpected small problems, allowing me to relax peacefully after a long day. The entire check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth, with no unnecessary or complicated procedures.
