WWahida ZulkefleWe loved our stay at this hotel in Scotland. Perfect for a short trip—just a short walk to the airport. Breakfast was ready as early as 5am, which was such a bonus. Arrived before check-in time and the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in early. Everything was smooth and welcoming!

FFifiCRGood location. Quiet, clean and nice staff. Used self-check in via tablet which is easy and with no queue. We arrived Edinburgh at the bus station which is just 10-min walk to the hotel. Two negative points:- no kettle for boiling water for tea or coffee; water pools all over the floor outside the bathroom if you use the rainfall shower head.

GGuest UserVery close to the airport, so you can easily walk to the airport convenience store for snacks, drinks, and fruit, and the prices are reasonable. All guests receive a welcome cocktail, which is a must-try – it's delicious! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

JJolly TkI visited Edinburgh over Easter, which was also my birthday, and had a wonderful stay. Magda was incredibly kind and arranged an early check-in before noon after I confirmed the day before. She also surprised me with balloons and chocolates in my room for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The staff provided clear information and gave excellent recommendations on places to visit, making my first trip to Edinburgh even more enjoyable. The hotel’s central location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and the pool was a great bonus.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily visit again.

Stayed at Stewart by Heeton Concept for 2 days and I would absolutely love to come back in the future!
The apartment was spotless — no dust, no bed bugs, fresh clean bedsheets, and a tidy washroom. Everything was well-maintained and made for a really comfortable stay. It truly felt like a great place to relax and unwind.
The only two things I’d mention as areas for improvement: the check-out time of 10:30 AM felt a little early, and a few basic toiletry amenities like toothpaste, a toothbrush, and slippers were missing. Everything else was provided and well-stocked.
Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended. Will definitely be returning! 😊

GGuest UserSuper stay! The hotel is ideally located, right next to a tram stop. The room is clean, modern, and very quiet. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Nearby, there's also a shopping center with a cinema, a bowling alley, a roller park, and many other activities. This is a real plus for families with children.

GGuest UserThis hotel is 100% the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and it is much more cost-effective than some hotels in London and Manchester. The room is clean and tidy, with complete supporting facilities, such as stereos, microwave ovens, refrigerators, tea sets and even dishwashers. In addition, I would like to thank the staff for upgrading the room type for me for free. Let's see how big the room is. It's almost a truck that can be parked! Friends believe me, it's right to choose this hotel.

GGuest UserThe absolute best thing about this hotel is the service! We checked in late at night, tired and cold after getting off the train. Isabel at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, preparing various hot drinks for us, and cookies and teddy bears for the kids. She personally escorted us to our room, engaging in such a warm and fun interaction with my two children along the way that they absolutely adored her! During our conversation, Isabel learned about the kids' favorite colors and toys. The next evening, she even came to our room to deliver gifts for them, which made the kids incredibly happy! My older daughter repeatedly told me to make sure to give a huge shout-out to the lovely Isabel! The hotel's location is also great, convenient for both the train station and the attractions in the Old Town. The breakfast restaurant offers a nice view as well.

GGuest UserAbsolutely amazing. We arrived very late due to heavy snow- they checked us in and organised an extra bed literally within 2 minutes of arriving. The service is efficient and rapid. The gentleman who looked after our room in house keeping was awesome, he helped us settle in and the little touches to make the kids feel special was duly noted.
The manager down on the reception desk was excellent. Everything is managed very well, there is no waiting and the service is outstanding.
The view at breakfast is amazing! Mountains in the distance covered in snow. Our stay was better than expected. Parking ✅ Swimming pool and sauna ✅ Food ✅ Service ✅
The hotel location is convenient and the restaurant space is open plan and cosy yet very busy. The hotel does need some updated but everything works well.
The location is literally next to the zoo and the overflow car park 🅿️ is next to the hotel.
The staff here are outstanding. High praise. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe room was much better than expected, clean and comfortable. Self-service check-in and check-out were quick and convenient. If you don't know how to use it, you can call and ask for patient guidance. If you don't know how to use the access control, you can ask the staff. The location is far from the city center and various attractions, about 30 minutes walk, but you can take the bus.
In summary, it is still a good choice. After all, hotels in Edinburgh are crazy expensive. I will stay in this hotel again.
