Traveling with the elderly and children, we chose this B&B where the sea is just outside the door. It is so beautiful. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are fully equipped. The rooms on the upper and lower floors can accommodate family trips and provide independent space. You can enjoy the sea from the room, and there is a light show at night, and you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful Xinghai Bay Bridge. The butler was very welcoming and met our various needs. We bought seafood ourselves and he helped us process and cook it for free. Getting up early to enjoy a sunny breakfast in the courtyard, and falling asleep listening to the gentle waves at night is really a pleasant vacation mode.

The environment and service were top-notch, making for a fantastic stay. The best part was that we arrived at 11 am because our room wasn't available yet, so we were just looking around the neighborhood. The receptionist called to let us know we could check into another room and even upgraded our room for free! The service was incredibly thoughtful. This will definitely be our first choice for any future trip to Dalian – absolutely amazing!

Facilities: The in-room amenities are definitely up to standard. The room is quite spacious, and since it's an apartment hotel, it comes with a full range of appliances. I didn't get to try the fitness facilities. Parking is paid, but there are plenty of spaces available. Cleanliness: The room was clean, and housekeeping was prompt. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the service was excellent!!!

I highly recommend this guesthouse! It boasts a fantastic location with easy access to the subway and a hospital nearby! There are also tourist attractions nearby! The owner is simply amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean! There's a large, high-definition TV with projection! Staying here and enjoying the view is fantastic! The owner is warm and attentive, doing everything they can to help you with any problems! This is the perfect choice for a relaxing trip to Dalian! PS: Pet-friendly, so it's no problem bringing your furry friend!

It's been raining a lot in Jinshitan these past few days, so it's quite cool. My relatives came to visit, and I booked this place for them. The location is excellent, the service is good, and it's very clean. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine. You can cook seafood and other meals in the room. It's also very close to the beach and the Jinshitan Market. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent. Everything is nearby and kfs, mac, Lawson, chip, small shops with the right products and goods. Hotel is not clean, round dust. It's minus. It was renovated a long time ago. Cheap and angry. Condey works perfectly. There's a separate kitchen. The room is very large, the kids ran away. To the beach close, walking along the restaurants and the larks. We came to clean up on the beach. So the room was not particularly important.

The room was spacious and clean. I just wonder if it's disinfected after every guest, especially since it's a pet-friendly hotel, and I'm a bit concerned about other dogs having skin issues. Overall, it's pretty good, but there's no suitable place nearby for dog walking or bathroom breaks.

The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water supply was consistent. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The public areas were also very pleasant, quiet, and elegant, allowing for relaxation. The only drawback was the limited parking spaces. However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I also recommend it to fellow travelers.

it was a good room, especially for the price. the people are great - no question. maybe there was no time to clean the room, and when it was changed, there really was no notice to clean the second room either. the location is loud from the airport and from construction on the metro outside, but the service is so good that some rooms have triple layered windows to keep the room quiet and peaceful. it's not perfect but it's great for the price. no real reason to complain.
