GGuest UserBefore check-in, housekeeper Winnie contacted us and arranged the room perfectly. During our stay, any requests we had were promptly addressed by Winnie, though relaying them to housekeeping for delivery to the room often took some time, and housekeeping frequently missed items we asked for. The turndown service felt quite perfunctory; the duvet was just casually folded, and while the trash was emptied, it was easy to miss the service altogether. The breakfast selection was excellent, but we could never get a sunken seat as they were always 'reserved'. This was the first hotel I've encountered where you need to reserve a spot for breakfast. The most satisfying aspect of our stay was the staff by the pool and on the beach. A staff member in a blue uniform noticed I couldn't swim and proactively brought me a swim ring, and a mermaid-themed one at that, which was great for photos – their attentiveness truly deserves praise. When my child injured a toe while playing in the sand, the staff member on duty at the beach replenishment station immediately ran to the pool area to get disinfectant swabs and a band-aid for me without a second thought. This level of service perfectly matches the hotel's positioning. My only complaint is the takeaway delivery service to the room. You really need to mentally prepare for a wait of at least half an hour. I understand that the delivery cabinet might be far or they might be short-staffed, but it would be better to inform guests upfront or simply cancel the service rather than having us eat cold food.

GGuest UserAlthough the location is a bit hard to find, it has the advantage of being less crowded and not noisy. The whole atmosphere is very nice and nice. The waiters will take the initiative to greet you and are very considerate. The service is highly praised. The price is affordable and the quality is not bad. It is really a treasure platform. The waiters are very professional, their movements are neat and crisp, and the customer experience is particularly great.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location was easy to find, close to the square and restaurants, and I have to give a huge thumbs up to its facilities! Besides the spacious and clean rooms, what surprised me most was the gym and swimming pool. The gym has treadmills, and after swimming and a hot shower, all the day's fatigue instantly disappeared. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful, providing ample protein. Overall, both the room service and the facilities were impeccable. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to visit Lingshui. I stayed in this hotel and felt good. The room was very clean and tidy, and the quilt was very comfortable. I asked the front desk about the scenic spots nearby. The front desk was very hospitable, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to. They recommended us to go to the sea, the water park, and climb the mountain. There are many attractions. They are all very close to the hotel, with convenient travel and transportation. Recommended

GGuest UserI went to Daidai Island and stayed in Lingshui County for one night and chose this hotel. It's a newly opened store. The hygiene is OK. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's close to the pier and can be walked there. There is a night market downstairs, which is very lively at night. But the newly opened hotel room has a slight smell. Everything else is good. Daidai Island is highly recommended. It is a small island with few people, beautiful scenery, and suitable for checking in and taking pictures during the trip to Hainan.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was huge, probably over 30 square meters, truly enormous. The service was excellent, with very patient staff who met all our needs. The room was also very comfortable, with a soft mattress and good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet sleep. The room amenities were a major highlight, offering everything imaginable: disposable toilet seat covers, disposable paper cups, soap, disposable razors, and more. This was beyond my expectations for a room at around 100 yuan. The surrounding area is conveniently located with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. My parents had a wonderful trip and a great stay here. They said they'd stay here again next time they travel.

GGuest UserIt's an old hotel. When we checked in, they were just renovating the exterior walls. The room is large and well-equipped. You can watch the sea and the sunrise from the room, but if you tend to wake up easily, you'll have to be careful, as you can hear the sound of boat motors at 4 a.m. However, the sea view is nice. It's very close to the Tanka fishing raft and surrounding scenic spots, so it's very convenient.

There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.
