"We stayed at Jinming Licheng Ruixuan Hotel, located at Block A, Jinming International Fortune Center, No. 3 Liupanshan Road, Haigang District, during our visit to Qinhuangdao. The front desk clerk was very nice, especially the guy with the badge. When we asked about the charging pile and couldn't figure out the direction, he went to the intersection to guide us. He greeted us warmly when we entered and exited the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The parking was spacious and convenient. The breakfast was good. Our tour of Hebei was coming to an end. Jinming Licheng Ruixuan was the most expensive hotel we stayed in along the way. It was more expensive than the four-diamond hotel in the provincial capital, but the conditions were the worst among the four-diamond hotels. The three small bottles (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) and toothbrushes were of average quality. The small colorful plastic comb was a cheap item that was only used in homestays. The towels were stiff and hardened. The pillow core had been extremely flattened and was filled with the smell of old hair oil. The wallpaper, curtains, and sofas were full of cigarette odor. The bathroom sewer was blocked and unsmooth. There was no choice for eating and shopping around... In short, the stay experience was not good. We had received five-star reviews all the way, but we had to give a discount when we came to this hotel."
