"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. One of its biggest strengths is the location—it’s situated in a very accessible area, close to key attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. The housekeeping team clearly puts in great effort to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the availability of free coffee and drinking water. It’s a small touch, but it really adds to the overall experience and makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Another highlight was the seasonal decorations throughout the hotel. The festive decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, showing that the hotel pays attention to detail and strives to make each stay special."

"It's a bit distant from Osaka station, but u can easily get to underground walkway to reach Osaka station, (by pass all the traffic, no wait traffic lights ) Free coffee /MATCHA start 2pm to 11.59pm Vending machines inside hotel if u wan other drinks, and laundry area. Very nice when u need a drink. Some restaurant and convinient store near. Sukiya also not far. Pachingko also near. My room not smart toilet, that is, if u must have a smart toilet. No big deal for me. Satisfied for what I paid for."

"This hotel offers great value for money. It's split into two buildings, the main one and an annex, and the front desk staff are really friendly. On my first day, I was exhausted from taking the Shinkansen to Osaka, so I stayed in my room until 12:30 PM the next day. Even though I had a 'do not disturb' sign on my door, a staff member called to ask, 'Do you need a refill of tissues and towels?' I told her no, and she even double-checked, 'Nothing?' I confirmed, 'Yes, nothing needed.' You might wonder why I'm mentioning this small detail, but last November, I stayed at a local hotel for 9 nights (I specifically requested not to have my room cleaned daily). On the days my room wasn't cleaned, when I went to the front desk to ask for tissues, I was told off twice and told not to ask for tissues every day, which really annoyed me. So, the fact that Hatton proactively asked if I needed anything replenished really highlights that for this price, the service is excellent. P.S. My room type had a window that could be fully opened, but you need staff to open and close it with a special tool. They said it's for safety, which I understand. The moment the window opened, I felt really good. Also, if you walk from Daimaru Department Store, it's a bit closer. Go in from the intersection near the Swatch store, walk straight, cross a road, and you'll find it."
