"The hotel is located as conveniently as possible to the Termini train station. We arrived around 2 a.m. and walked to the hotel in 7 minutes. The reception is open 24 hours a day. We were quickly checked in, given a city map, shown the easiest routes to the main attractions, and warned about pickpockets, so we had to be more careful. Daily cleaning. If it's cold, there's a heater in the room. It's about 20 minutes to the Colosseum, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. It's a great location. It's an excellent price for a hotel in Rome."

"The room was a decent size, but the attention to detail was lacking. For instance, the bathtub was very slippery, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Additionally, no complimentary bottled water was provided, although the front desk confirmed the tap water was drinkable. Breakfast, priced at 28 euros per person, was unappetizing and offered extremely poor value for money. We would have been much better off opting for the breakfast at the Chinese restaurant next door, which was both more generous and delicious. Its main positive was its proximity to the train station, only a 5-minute walk away."

"The hotel is incredibly close to the train station, less than a 5-minute walk away. As a local chain hotel, everything was pretty standard and met expectations. Despite its proximity to the train station, the presence of security guards at the entrance meant I never felt unsafe. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but sufficient to fill me up. It's a great choice for travelers using the train, and I would definitely choose it again on my next trip to Rome."

"Hotel Impero Rome location is the main reason why I chose this hotel. I booked a 17m room and it was on the forth floor, it came with a small balcony that opens up to a lovely view. The hotel is clean and classical but the furnishing is old and the air can be a little stale or too much fragrance after the cleaning service. There are rooms slippers and basic amenities provided too. Receptionist and staff is generally nice and luggage can be stored after a no late check out policy. Many eateries and a mini super market is on the same street so it’s convenient to get food and drinks."

"The single room was absolutely stunning and offered incredible value for money. Its location, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini, is absolutely superb. Most importantly, all the room facilities were impeccable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and quiet. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and eateries right downstairs."

"This was my second time staying at the Cross hotel. The hotel is situated in a good location, right next door to the ruins of the old aqueducts, and is near the Colosseum in the old part of the town. The hotel rooms were tidy and clean both times I stayed there, and I was pleased with the daily change of towels! Breakfast was good also. I’ll definitely choose this hotel during my next stay in Rome!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights, you get what you pay for but for me the location was.more important, the rooms are clean but old and dated however our room was huge with a nice balcony which was nice, the bathroom had a big shower as well. However the beds were not very comfortable, upon arriving in our room our bed wasn't made up, but once mentioned it was rectified very quickly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we felt very welcome and looked after. The only downside is that there isn't a readily available lift, so you need to use stairs (there is a lift they will let you use to bring your luggage up only) Also we were not aware until we got to the property that air conditioning was not included and we had to pay extra $5 euro per night, a bit unusual but as it was scorching hot we were happy to pay. The staff even let me store my bag there whilst I went to nice for a few days so I really appreciated their customer service. Big plus was it was close to a lot of things and Roma termini is within walking distance or a very short bus ride."

"Big spacious room, tiny but comfortable bathroom. The room was clean, as you can see there are only some scuff marks from the trolleys of the people previously occupying the room. The location is good. Near a lot of restaurants, near the station but in a safe area, and with a metro station nearby. The only negative thing, no traditional bidet. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Really a positive experience overall for us. We will definitely be back."

"The location is fine. There's a bus stop right in front that connects to a metro station going straight to Rome’s city center. The place is clean and quiet. Some staff are friendly and helpful. Others seem like they don’t want to be there. No greeting, no eye contact—just a sense of disinterest. Cleaning staff stared at us like we were in their way. No “hello,” just pressure to leave so they could do their job. It might be a cultural thing, but it felt cold. You can rent a water kettle for €15, and you’ll get the money back if it’s returned in good condition. But even that feels like a trust issue with guests. For hot water, a deposit system like that seems excessive. The price matches the service and accommodation. It’s not great, not bad—just okay. Don't expect much more than the basics."

MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either. The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it. The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.

DdisasterEXEHotel Caravel is a few blocks away from Stazione Garbatella. The staff speak Spanish, English, and Italian (probably other languages as well). I had the pleasure to stay at Caravel for seven days with my father and they were very accommodating to his needs (such as keeping his laptop safe and providing him with an electric kettle for a night time cup of tea). They also have electric plug adaptors, and they offer third party laundry services. The hotel has accessible ramps, and the venue has a clothes store, bar, breakfast bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied with some food items made in-house. I hope I get to stay with them next time I visit Rome. My favorite breakfast (which I had almost every day) is seen in this picture.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a convenient location, two steps from the Trevi Fountain. Overall, you can stay here for a couple of nights, but next time I'll look for something more comfortable. Cleanliness is mixed: on the one hand, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, and the bathroom was well-cleaned. On the other hand, the carpet in the room is definitely unnecessary, why do they use it in hotels with high traffic? The carpet was poorly cleaned (or not cleaned at all) by the time we arrived, so we walked around the room exclusively in slippers. The bathroom was very stuffy, like a sauna, and we could not figure out how to deal with the air conditioning, it seemed that the bathroom was heated centrally. However, the air conditioning in the room itself did not work, but we did not contact them, since the nights were warm and we did not freeze. Yes, an important point! There is no soundproofing in the hotel at all, I woke up at night and early in the morning from footsteps in the hallway and someone's conversations.

YYaroslav2494Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. 3 stars at most. First we got a room with broken AC, after talking to the reception they said they will send someone. The guy just looked at it, played with the controller and said 15 minutes. After about half an hour I told them again the AC is nonfunctional, then they changed us to other room. This time we had a mini fridge, something the other room didn't have. But in the other room the AC was making noise. So the other day I asked them to fix it, then this guy again shows up and says tomorrow he can fix, and the next day he didn't fix anything. At that point I didn't care because we just had to sleep and leave the next day. The reception service is random, sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad. In my opinion the foreigners didn't do a good job there. The cleaners can come early in the morning 9am, or afternoon around 15:00. Seems they lack staff to cover everything. If you care only about the location like I did, I'd recommend it. But if you want to stay in hotel for some time, then don't. P.s. They got a storage room for luggage that is always open and no one cares about. No one stole our stuff, but basically anyone can enter this room and take whatever they want.

The front desk service is good. The elevator is old and can only accommodate two people. In addition, the elevator door must be closed before the person below can get on the elevator. There is a small supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall it's OK~

GGuest UserTitle: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff Introduction: During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay. Location and Accessibility: Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting. Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff: The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast Experience: One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience. Conclusion: Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.
