Hotel is old, don’t command the price point in my opinion even though it is sea view. I like the bathtub but the glass window that oversees the sea is quite dirty and not well maintain. Gym is down with no notice. The multiple pools is a nice feature. The close location to Sanya city is a plus I guess

Amazing hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are big, new and clean. Pool is amazing as well. Evening bar is very good, they also have some shows. 100% will recommend and will come back soon!

This is my second time at this hotel and I absolutely love it! Loved my room, the environment and diverse food. The breakfast time was from 7am - 1pm🤯🙃. I give this hotel high praise for such a flexible brealfast time. The staff was very warm, professional and friendly. Greta was very helpful and efficient. The location is very ideal and quiet. If I should go back to Sanya, I know exactly where to stay😊😊 this place is ideal for families, couples, friends, business and even singles.

We had a wonderful stay at the Autograph Hotel, made even better by our butler, Josie. She was exceptionally attentive and responsive to all our needs throughout the visit, we truly appreciated her care and service. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with excellent amenities. We would gladly stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a semi-open bathroom that I especially loved. The hotel showed great attention to detail by providing face towels in the gym, which was a thoughtful touch. There are two swimming pools — one located on the gym floor and another outdoor pool that cleverly transforms into part of the bar area at night, which is a brilliant design. The hotel also hosts a pool party every Saturday night, adding to the fun atmosphere. The food served at the bar was delicious as well. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Overall it was good, however for a Marriott AUTOGRAPH hotel I was disappointed with the details. The sink counter in our room was cracked and repaired BADLY. The wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was damaged and cracked with a previous repair visible simply because it was extremely poor. The corners of the floor in the tub room were dirty. Caulking in bathroom was coming off and I actually cut myself. Dining tables in main restaurant had veneer peeling off the tops. On the bright side, the food selection in the breakfast/lunch room was amazing. The staff was great and the facilities were very nice.

The hotel is beautiful throughout and only a short walk from many bars and restaurants. We made regular use of both pools and the late breakfast -open until 1pm- was fantastic. Special thanks to Edison who went out of his way to help us during our stay.

This was an amazing experience spending time in this hotel. The stuff was extremely helpful and very kind. You have a lot of accessibility there hotel has two very nice swimming pools. One is beach side with an amazing beach club on special. Thanks for Edison being so helpful.

This is a large and luxurious beach resort hotel with good facilities for the kids.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel is in a good location, peaceful and relaxing with some good tourist sites a short drive away. The hotel pool and restaurants are nice. The hotel gym is a bit small and the equipment is dated. We had two rooms but the view in one was significantly better than the other (the building structure obstructs and restricts the quality of the view for one of the rooms). The hotel breakfast was pretty good, lots of options. Overall, the hotel is nice and in a good location.

Was staying there when typhoon Kajiki hit (August 2025) so my stay didn't quite go as planned... Congratulations to all staff for their hard work during the crisis!!!

Design and vibe of the hotel was amazing. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Josie communicated daily via WeChat to make sure I had everything I need for my stay. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!
