This place is far cleaner than most hotels downtown. The facilities are modern, the service is excellent, and the bathroom features a thoughtful wet/dry separation, making everything impeccably clean! The single room offers fantastic value for money! It's fully equipped with all amenities, and the downstairs common area has a wonderful, cafe-like atmosphere. The bedding was also very comfortable. I highly recommend this specific room type over options with shared toilets and showers. :)

Check-in was very thorough and reassuring. During my four or five-day stay, the front desk was consistently staffed by female employees, which I really appreciated. The lobby was well-designed with ample seating and was very quiet. The room itself was also comfortable, though a bit small, making it slightly challenging to fully open my suitcase – but it wasn't a significant issue. I specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to the MiHoYo event I was attending. It was incredibly close – less than 50 meters from the hotel entrance, just across the street, was the mall where the MiHoYo event was held. Super convenient! (The mall is also huge and has a reasonably priced and tasty Saizeriya restaurant.) The nearest Hama Sushi is about 3km away, and a taxi ride typically costs under 20 RMB. There's a subway station nearby; it's a bit of a walk, but perfectly manageable. On the way to the subway station, you'll find bubble tea shops like Mixue and Yidiandian. Crucially, this saved a lot on taxi fares. Moreover, the SF Express delivery person who came to the hotel seemed quite familiar with 'ACGN' (anime/manga/gaming) culture, haha. He even mentioned that many guests here are fans, so you can confidently send your parcels from here. (I didn't take many photos of the hotel interior myself, as I was busy exploring Shanghai every day, but I'm sure other reviews have some you can check out 🫳🫳). Overall, this is definitely a hotel I'd prioritize for my next visit to Shanghai! 😋

A bit far from city . I stayed here for 2 nights but they didn’t come to clean my room

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Shanghai. It’s perfect for solo travelers—convenient, easy to find, and just a short walk from the subway and a mall.

Its location is ideal: its not at the center but its close to the metro so the main points of interest, shops, restaurants, and tourist areas are accessible. A real convenience for visiting the city! The hotel is perfect in terms of cleanliness. The room was perfectly clean, as were the bathrooms and common areas. A big thank you to the staff for their professionalism.

This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its professional service. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Staff Xiao Cai is enthusiastic and courteous, and always meets my needs in the first place. good facilities, good environment, room and bed, only things is the bathroom sometimes is unclean due to the other travellers, but the hostel clean it as soon as they can, overall satisfied, highly recommend

Good choice if you are looking for a budget stay and like to mingle around with new friends. Staying twin share with ensuite bathroom and a little window (city view), an option if you wish to have a slightly quiet space although you will still sharing with someone same gender. Location: *Some distance from downtown but conveniently located near XinZhuang metro and public bus station (within 5-10min walking distance), there is a scheduled direct bus to Pudong airport as well which is great! * There is a shopping mall, convenient stores and eateries around.
