My preferred hotel everytime I come Shanghai for business. However, this time round room has smell of smoke.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I particularly loved the overall ambiance. The service was outstanding; it's a huge plus that they offer a laundry room with ironing facilities. I had a truly satisfying stay and will definitely be returning. Couldn't be happier!

Excellent service, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The entire hotel felt very new and well-maintained. The street directly outside is quite peaceful, especially for Shanghai standards, and the surrounding area isn't congested, making it incredibly convenient to catch a taxi to any destination.

The service was truly excellent. The young man at the front desk was incredibly patient, always doing his utmost to accommodate any requests for help. This made us travelers feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. A big thumbs up to Quanji!

The twin room I booked was spotless. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, this Quan Ji hotel was very quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The room was immaculate, and the overall environment was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and thorough. They were extremely polite and always went the extra mile to assist with any request. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the subway station and easy to find. Of all my travels, this hotel stands out for its exceptional blend of comfort and style. The room was not only spotlessly clean and spacious but also beautifully designed, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff. I was happy and comfortable staying at Ji Hotel. I had to extend my stay due to mold problems at another location and I’m glad I chose Ji Hotel. The 阿姨们 and 叔叔们 were all kind and friendly, making me feel taken care of. Zheng 阿姨 cleaning my room was helpful accommodating my work schedule, the kitchen staff was also kind making sure I had what I needed. The young people at front were professional. You can tell the staff have a family feel. Thank you! I’ll come again!

I love to stay at 全奇 the standard for this brand is really good, clean and nice room, with all you need inside. Bathroom also nice and clean. Very kind staff, let us store our bags there while we had to leave dor another location for a few days. Overall great experience as with every hotel of this brand I have stayed in!
