Friendly staff, good location. Near to restaurants and shopping mall.

This is the best stay you have get around this area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and full of choices.

Wonderful hotel with super friendly service staff. They allowed me to check in slightly earlier, which was a major plus! There's quite a few convenience stores around the vicinity which is great. Love that there's a rather sizeable mall just 5ms walk away and another mall just 10m drive away. Area is quiet and peaceful which i truly appreciate! The room i got was super spacious and lovely too! A pity I forgot to snap pics. Overall would recommend :)

Check-in was quick, and check-out was even faster – incredibly efficient! The service was exceptionally friendly, a huge thumbs up! The room was exactly as described, the bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Although we only stayed one night, we slept very well. There are fitness equipment (treadmills, etc.) and a laundry room on the first floor. Breakfast is buffet style and there's also late-night porridge. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and we ate so much that we weren't hungry until evening after a day at Haichang Park! The kids were especially interested in the robot in the lobby, chasing her up and down the escalator several times. We took a taxi from the hotel to Haichang Park in the morning, which cost a little over 20 yuan – very satisfactory!

The hygiene details are not good enough. The front desk service is generally OK, but there is a guy who is not enthusiastic enough.

The room we were given was near the atrium and quite quiet. The service and breakfast were both pretty good. 👍

I always stay here when I'm on business trips to Lingang. It's clean, hygienic, and comfortable.

The hotel reception staff were very friendly and attentive, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including local specialties, which were quite delicious. The location is convenient.

The overall environment is OK. I especially like the waitress at the door. She has a very good attitude and makes people feel very comfortable. The quick breakfast is also OK.

The hotel service was excellent, Atour's cleanliness was very reliable, and the rooms were decorated in a modern, simple yet elegant style, quite comfortable. Kudos to the laundry service; my clothes always smelled wonderful when they were brought back to my room.

The family room was perfect for families with two kids. We checked in late, and they served late-night porridge – a bowl of porridge was very comforting. The Atour pillows were great, and we slept very well. We forgot our toy when we checked out, and the front desk proactively contacted us and sent it back. The service was excellent, no shortcomings whatsoever. Five-star review!

I booked a room with a normal large window for 10 nights 10 days in advance, but checked in late that day and was only given a room with almost no window. Shouldn't I have kept the room I booked?

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming.
